Sharon in the show room was excellent and very helpful and gave me plenty of time. Furniture arrived as planned was lovely removal men were very good, not all the order was there so they went back and got it even though I said they could do it another day.

Popped into the A127 branch just before Covid19 shutdown and back in the days when we were allowed outside! The staff respected distancing and used antibacterial wipes on everything! There was a great selection of garden furniture, the best we had seen and with a wide price range, something for everyone. We ordered on the Monday and our furniture arrived Thursday, fantastic service and Regatta kept us well informed of delivery time. We were delighted with the furniture but due to no fault of Regatta one of the pieces was the wrong size. After a quick telephone call and a few photos of the problem they agreed to deliver the right size the following week. They did exactly that. Totally love my new garden furniture, especially with this lovely weather and bloody Covid19! Thank you Regatta it was a pleasure dealing with you guys.

Friendly staff when I ordered and delivery was quick and pain free. The delivery guys were lovely and the furniture is absolutely stunning and easy to assemble. Very good furniture exterior product....however would comment that the protective covers supplied are some what cheap and of a poor quality.....this needs to be looked at....delivery was on time and the sales staff were most very helpful !

Furniture from Regatta is good and most of all the service from the delivery guys were exceptional. Shaun and the other guy were extremely helpful and there are no words that can express the politeness and helpfulness these 2 lads had. Not only did their deliver the items but they did it with so much of patience. They brought the garden furniture to the garden and also explained how the table needed to be fitted. They also checked that all items were delivered and were in good condition before they left. If at all any store needs to know what customer service is all about then they will need to follow the example of Shaun and the other lad is a good example. I think the company Regatta need to look at providing both Shaun and the other lad a bonus for the excellent job they do and look at retaining them as they were professional, polite and ever so helpful with good manners which these days is a rarity to find.
