Our new garden sofa is just what we wanted. Light enough to move around easily but also big enough to seat four and a style we really like. The delivery guys were great and all we need now is the weather to sit out and enjoy using it more.
Starting with sales, the rep was wonderful and couldn’t be faulted in any way. Extremely helpful during the sale and even after the sale. The product, I’m over the moon with, both ease of instillation and the quality of the product, which seems so strong and luxurious. The only downside to such good quality is there will be no need to use the sales team any time soon. There was a minor chip in the table top but the arrangements for replacement were just so easy, just what you want when needed. Delivery was as scheduled and these heavy goods needed to go in different areas but this was no bother to the excellent delivery staff who seemed more than happy to assist. What a team!

Not my first dealing with the company and I am sure this won't be my last. My original stuff is now 5 years old and as good as the day it was purchased. The quality remains good and a sound investment.

They have a good range of furniture to choose from (indoor/outdoor). We were looking for cane furniture for our conservatory. Sales folk were really helpful and the price we agreed was very competitive. Delivery was on time and great service. Recommended.
I was offered a thirty pounds discount against the total amount spent. However, despite telephone calls this offer never materialised. Very disappointing.
Wonderful customer service . Staff very good , and gave fantastic advice . Delivery came on time , delivery guys really nice and helpful. They placed all furniture where it suited me . Was only disappointed with the storage box . The Screws were missing , and had to go to a hardware shop . Also the box did not close , the magnets are not lined up correctly, so had to line them up , which was time consuming. Otherwise , furniture is fantastic. Just had Diwali party and everyone enjoyed being outside . Will be buying again, and looks like my guests will also .

Showroom at Witham, Essex the sales lady inspired confidence and provided honest info. Quality of goods appears excellent though at this time goods have not been unwrapped.
