We bought a Kensington Malmo sofa set three years ago and have been really pleased. Very comfortable and looks as good as new (we put it away in the winter). Last week we bought a bistro set from the Swanley store on line. It was delivered as promised, very quick and no problems. A receipt was sent in the post first class. We are again very pleased with it.

Very polite and efficient service . The sales lady went above and beyond by videoing the various colours of the storage box that I wanted. She even moved them next to the furniture that I bought three years ago so that she could show me the colour match. My storage box arrived in a few days and looks great next to my furniture.
We purchased our Garden furniture from Claire Chantry at the Wickford store, I can honestly say it’s one of the best purchases we’ve ever made, right from point of order through to delivery two days later, everything was perfect! I have bought products from Regatta before and been very satisfied with their service even when there was a small problem previously (which was well managed - this is how you see how good a company really is). I recently (April) bought more furniture from the company and can report the service (from their Swanley, Kent outlet) was exceptional despite everyone being heavily impacted by covid-19 (with staff working from home). Ordering and delivery was on point. Well done to them team in difficult circumstances. Very impressed.
