Bought the five piece Buckingham/Kensington relaxer set, very happy with the furniture and quick delivery, unfortunately one piece was damaged in transit but the problem was dealt with very politely and amicably .
When visiting the showroom the men were very helpful and provided good advice. The furniture was delivered in good time and was excellent quality. Would definitely use again.
Bought a table after seeing it at the Ideal Home Exhibition a couple of years ago. It arrived over a month late (it was bought for a specific garden party date) and I only found that out by chasing them. A lot. At no point did anyone mention it would come flat packed and require assembly (outrageous for the price). Also it is supposed to have a centre section which can be replaced with a fire-pit / beer cooler attachment. The attachment doesn't fit. They never replied to emails. Total rip off. Also the stabilisers on the bottom of the chairs work themselves off really easily. 100% not worth the money.

I have already e mailed ‘regatta admin’ to say what excellence customer service I had. The table I ordered was excellent quality but I had problems assembling it. They then replaced it by an assembled table which was delivered when they said. Excellent service. I love the table.

Comfortable chairs, firepit table great, but box that was ordered with it isn't big enough for the cushions that the sales team said it was.
Very good from start to finish
The sales process and furniture are 5*. The only issue we had was delivery, as the delivery company is separate to the furniture company and they do not deliver past the pavement so make sure you have help ready to carry the furniture. Regatta were extremely decent about the delivery error and apologetic. Would buy again from them.
Products arrived faulty. Said they would replace when back in stock. Still no call despite calling them for an update Person who dealt with us was lovely but we just need the replacements or an update now.
