Furniture arrived on the day advised and with all items present. The small amount of assemble was easy enough. It looks very good and is exactly as we imagined it from the pictures / description on the website. As we have only had it a couple of days I cannot comment any further at this time.

The furniture I have received is great and we really like it but more importantly is the service received, from start to finish it has been exemplary! From the first call when speaking to Rebecca, she was very polite and professional and had a great balance between that and lightheartedness. Rebecca was one of the main reasons I purchased something there and then. People buy from people and if you get on and there’s a good rapport 1, it’s easier to buy and 2, easier to be able to sell something. From that the delivery was extremely quick in terms of day of arrival and the delivery team were very friendly and helpful. After delivery I have spoken to Karen on the phone from Regatta Furniture and she was also exceptional. I cannot thank them enough and you won’t go far wrong purchasing items from this company. I am also in the customer service industry and the approach they have To customer care, most companies strive to be at this level. Great work all and thank you for everything.
