Easy to order . Witham has nice area to see the sets all out. They answer phone when have a question . No push on sale . Helpful delivery men. Was a long wait but this is COVID year and it did arrive the day they first said so was not let down . Very pleased with product .
Experience of service at the Crews Hill showroom was very good. Sales assistants were very helpful and friendly. Delivery of the Rattan sofa and chairs and dining/ coffee table and bench delivered as agreed. The items were flat packed but put together within 1.5hrs .
Love my new furniture. Only challenge was putting it together given we were all ill!

We visited the Swanley Branch a couple of times looking for a couple of chairs for our Conservatory. The staff were helpful but not pushy. We ordered and the chairs were delivered within the time they told us and we are very pleased with our purchase. You can't say more then that

Excellent service at the show room from the staff. An extensive array of garden furniture on show. I purchased an L shaped sofa with a large coffee table and two stools. I am very pleased with our purchase which arrived so well packed in bubble wrap in boxes. There was no fixing items together, once unpacked it was ready to use. I have recommended Regatta to a number of people I know are currently looking for garden furniture.

I purchased the Kensington deluxe 3 piece sofa set with a separate rise and fall table with additional footstools. David and Michaela at the Swanlea branch were really helpful. I purchased this just after lockdown eased up and they delivered within a week of ordering. Delivery guys were really helpful and carried everything into the garden and helped set up! I am really pleased with sofas, they are excellent quality and really comfy! I purchased the cantilever parasol with lights a few weeks later. Excellent customer service and great products!
I purchased a Winchester Cube set at the ideal Home exhibition in March 2014. The set eventually arrived after many months chasing. The table has been put together incorrectly and the parasol was the wrong colour. Things were rectified and I received a barbecue set as compensation. I have however been complaining about the rattan on the table. I opted for the clear glass and the brittle and broken rattan can be seen through it. I am left with a gaping hole! The deterioration has happened over a period and not overnight. I received not response to my complaint last year and it has taken them over 3 months to reply to my renewed efforts this year. I am told that the warranty was only 3 years and not 10 as I had thought. The manufacturer who was a Chinese business is no longer in trading. Regatta feel that the table is of satisfactory quality. This set was not cheap and, whatever the warranty, I believe should not have deteriorated to the extent it has.

It’s not often that you find a company who are prepared to do the annoying thing of replacing a component that is qbroken. Last Saturday I went into the store and explained to the manager that my parasol pole had broken in high winds. They assured me that spare parts would be coming in the following Monday. Sure enough after enquiring they confirmed that the parts were in. I have now collected it. It may seem trivial but I appreciated the way I was served. Good service deserves commendation.
Walked in with the plan just to browse, expecting to have to negotiate around pushy salespeople.... found the complete opposite - the team at Wickford really know their stuff and are there to provide knowledge, experience and ideas without the pressure sale. Conner is exceptional - we were amazed at his knowledge of the products and honesty. Went in with a exit strategy if needed, left with a better than we hoped set of furniture (plus some) at a fair price and a smile. Not what we expected at all and cannot wait to chill on our purchase in a few weeks.
I have purchased two sets of Kensington sofa sets and one Kensington eight seater dining set and all the way through Regatta has been brilliant...Karen in particular has been so helpful and I would really like to thank her and the team for sending through a foot pad that I lost on a piece of the furniture - I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them to anyone! Great Company!
Don't bother using the advertised sales 'hotline' telephone number on the website, it rarely gets answered and leaving a message results in being ignored. Try to call a store directly or just go to a store where it may all work smoother. When I first followed up 2 weeks after online ordering there was no scheduling of the delivery and some confusion as to the order itself, this was cleared up politely but delivery was delayed. I was promised delivery the week after the next. No follow up communication was made to confirm and after calling the day before supposed delivery I was told that it wouldn't be delivered until the following week as the van had been loaded and the driver gone home with the keys. Good job I’m working from home then as taking a day off would have been a waste. I still have no confirmation of delivery. Fully understand that delivery has to be scheduled but the communication and organisation isn't great. I am sure these guys are better than this.
We had a positive experience at the Wickford showroom. Staff were very helpful. The delivery was all positive. After a couple of weeks there was a slight problem with a broken pad on one foot of the bench. I emailed and the same day I received a reply. A new one was in the post. Karen was extremely helpful from head office. Extremely happy with our garden furniture.
So I took my time in looking for a good company to get my garden set from I was paying a lot of money so regatta seem the one but was I wrong ordered my set was all in stock took a day off work for delivery drive turns up I have my set but no table ? Driver tells me it’s not In stock so I ask him when will it come he said I don’t know I had no call to tell me this was happening so I called the shop they called hard office said I won’t see it till mid July !!! But will give me a table till my one is ready but not sure when I will see that one so more time of work but they don’t know when I will get it so I called head office and the lady was so rude I wanted to scream I asked why didn’t you just call me a couple of weeks ago and tell me this and I would of been fine her answer I don’t know in a rude way and her answer was if you not happy and don’t like it then give it all back this was regatta stuff answer to helping a customer out and when I explained I am a key worker so hard for me to get time off when will I see the table you are going to lend me was told don’t know in the end I got a date for them to give me a lent table till mines ready but her parting words if you don’t like it give it all back then put phone down filling let down and gutted at the way I have been treated by regatta and there stuff at there head office.
