I purchased a complete Alexander Rose patio set a few years ago and it has served us exceptionally well, we recently added a small patio to our garden and decided to revisit Regatta and see what was on offer and met Claire at the showroom on the A127 she was extremely helpful with our selection at the end of last season. at the beginning of this season we re-contacted Claire and she processed our order for an Alexander Rose small table and four chairs it arrived exactly on time and the quality is superb and is now complimenting the new patio the delivery man was equally helpful in placing the furniture in our back garden. Many thanks to all involved and I would not hesitate to recommend Regatta to friends and family.

The sofa set is very good. It took a lot of work from us to be able to buy this. Many phone calls and the feeling that we was never being told the truth. Damaged goods and a very cheap cover (that wasn't so cheap). Bad comms trying to sort out what's happening with replacing the goods. Its like trying to buy a second hand car of a second hand car dealer back in the 80's. PS car dealers are very good now!. Its very easy to sell something good with no problems..... you really see how good people/company's are when it goes wrong and how they look to put it right... or not!. One last thing, we spent a very long time to get a good sofa and this is the best we see for the money. I have seen that the setting is after three weekends showing sings of wear. It is covered so lets hope they are happy to sort it.

Malmo sofa set looks fabulous in our garden, it’s very comfy too. Customer Service was good. Visiting the store was fine during pandemic they are COVID compliant.

Sharon and Lee at the Witham branch are amazing! Very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and were not pushy with sales! Everything you’d expect from a professional sales team and more. Would highly recommend paying a visit after the lockdown is over, or give them a call; I’m sure that they will tend to your every need. Received our furniture on time and have been enjoying it ever since. Great quality, well made and looks fantastic too. Huge tick all round!
