Would have been five stars, but one of the screws (m bolts) was damaged so need to find a replacement. Otherwise, very pleased with the furniture. Thank you for you prompt reply. I bought a Kensington fire pit dining set back in 2015 from Regatta. This week I noticed one of the chairs had cracked along a weld. I rang Regatta furniture to see if I could buy a replacement and they asked me when I bought the set. Bearing in mind I bought the stuff 5 years ago I had no idea the furniture would still be under warranty, it didn't even occur to me to ask. They said it was still under warranty and if I could send them a photo of the damage they would assess it, the next day they confirmed they would replace the chair free of charge. That level of service is exceptional, I'm still blown away by it and that's why I decided to write this review. A superb company and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We recently purchased some garden furniture and a polycarbonate patio pavillion from the Wickford store. We were in there for over an hour looking at all of the different options for the furniture, moving items around from different parts of the store to see the best fit / combination for the space we had under the patio pavillion. Connor, the person whom we dealt with was terrific - very patient and very clued up on the options. He also advised us on the best ordering options to ensure we got the best combination of what we wanted and pricing and gave us a discount due to what we had purchased. Everything was delivered on time - there was an error on the order as there was a lot delivered but this was quickly rectified with no fuss. Connor and the team have been extremely helpful since with getting some additional bits and pieces delivered. I cannot recommend this company and particularly the Wickford Store highly enough.

The furniture is exactly what we chose in the showroom. Delivery was delayed due to current circumstances but turned up on the day promised and the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to getting a lot of use from the furniture next year.

The table arrived and had a crack which looking at the box had been done in transit. The company couldn't have been more helpful. Replaced at my convenience. The showroom was lovely and staff helpful. Lots of choice. Good value for money.
