Sent in an old Samsung 4 which was working but don't think the battery was in the best condition. I was offered £35 online but knew that the battery would be an issue. Offer was drropped to £27 which I thought was fair. Money was in my account the same day as the offer was accepted. I had another phone which was sent to a different company at the same time, the difference in customer service between them is huge. I would use this company again

My phone was working but had a cracked screen. I declared this before it was sent off and was offered £55. Two weeks after sending it in I still hadn't received payment or even an email so I contacted Rapid Phone Buyer. I was then sent an email telling me my phone had water damage and that they could offer me £3 or would charge me £10 to return my phone. The phone was working and did not have water damage. I feel like this is a scam - BE AWARE!
Confirmed via email that the reduced offer I'd accepted would be sent, and then emailed 30 mins later to reduce that even further. 3 days later, ignored 2 email requests for an explanation, and I had to speak to a "manager" to get an coherent explanation of the mistakes he finally admitted they'd made. I'll not be using these guys again.
