Ok, so people understand this isn't some paid actor or bot writing this review. Turning on my announcer voice, let's get started. "Want to get into radio? Want to succeed in your venture as a radio personality? Well you've come to the right spot!" Radio.co answers all your questions, usually on the same day. They promote videos made by creators that have done radio before and know the subject well. This is so you can succeed without extra cost to you. They give masterclass videos without the expensive subscriptions. See... They don't make money if you don't. If you have problems, they have problems. Their mission is to help you every step of the way. Problems with add ons? They got you covered. Don't know where to go to promote your station to bring in the ears? They got you covered. I've never seen a company go so far out of its way to ensure you have all the tools to achieve your radio goals. They understand the process of the long game instead of short term when it comes to keeping customers. I do wish every company followed their business model. They don't try to sell you something, you don't need.

Radio.co have been an excellent support and great service to us as we set up and ran an internet radio station during the period of lockdown and beyond. The platform is excellent and easy to use and it got us going when we needed it. The support team were very helpful in every way to get us going. Thank you so much.

Clueless customer service. Always has NO answers. It's a Abbott and Costello script . Who's and first what's on 2nd and clueless on 3rd. Useless & Clueless. Even sometimes rude. Always 24-72 hour response Very poor Has never stepped up to the plate . Owner has never taken any responsibility for platform or poor customer service. Go somewhere else !! Just waisted 24 months of time and $$$$

The help center is definitely helpful and they try their best! Amber did a fantastic job helping me get the Android app set up correctly so that I wouldn’t be rejected because of information that was still needed. The App Store app is much easier to navigate and set up then the android app. In my opinion, there should be a video tutorial to walk you through the android app set up. I absolutely love the tutorials by James on YouTube about radio.co because he answers a lot of questions that you may have about setting up your station or which equipment you would need to properly set up your audio. For those of us who are broadcasters and not DJs. It would be easier if there was a package available where you could choose a Music license instead of trying to figure out which companies do you need to go with for a music license. Also, there should be an option when submitting an app for review that you can check off that you do not want to use music on your station. I am really happy with the company to this point and I believe with the feedback of the customers and clients. The company will continue to get better. Thank you all for all the hard work.

The quick easy signup to Radio.co was very pleasant and after signup the layout of the dashboard was pleasant with lots of features (I have chosen the „Plus Plan“ and the booked demo call with Jessie was a most endeavor for my big plans I have with my commercially registered Webradio! Furthermore there support is fantastic; meaning a helping hand is always available! The quality of the Stream is uttermost superbly excellence! To have a good relationship with all those chaps is a pleaser!

I recently migrated my station from another server/streaming service due to their lack of quality customer service and it seemed to be dropping more frequently than it had in the past. I shopped around and narrowed it down to a few to dig deeper into. Radio.co seemed to really care about what my needs were as opposed to just trying to "close the deal" and make the sale. I've switched over my online stream, webplayer, Tune In, and a few other ways to listen to the Radio.co stream. Hope to have my apps and Alexa Skill soon. So far it's been a great experience. I can tell you the Dashboard and programming is so much better than my previous server. I really like the way I can program the station now. There are a couple of details I'd like to see Radio.co change. They are receptive to new ideas so hopefully they will take my feedback in those areas. Overall, so far so good... no great! I was with Radio.co for 9 months about 2 yrs ago...closed our station temporarily and recently re-opened, to see "whats out there besides Radio.co?", went with another company because they were a fraction the cost...big mistake! The saying "You get what you pay for" is fact! Radio.co is the best out there with the MOST to offer any radio station (AM/FM/DCE/LP-FM/Online Only) doesn't matter, their Customer service is unmatched, their services are awesome, and their communication to the clients on maintenance is SO DETAILED and helpful. I can't say enough! I'm so relieved to have returned, even though it is more, its WORTH EVERY CENT!

We used Radio.co to start and operate an internet radio station as a part of our coffee shop's brand and community. The platform that Radio.co has buit and maintained over 3+ years that we used was nothing short of fantastic!

Radio.co provides the best internet radio options and products. I have triend just about all of them, and Radio.co stands out above the rest. The best of it all is the customer service! You will not find a company that offers better service.

I had a billing issue this morning and as a result, my station was off the air. I tried to resolve the issue myself, but Radio.co's website wasn't cooperating with me. I therefore sent in a message seeking help. Beings that Radio.co is in the UK and I'm in the USA, I fully expected that my issue might not get resolved for at least 24 hours due to the time difference. However, it was early in the morning in the USA and Matt from Radio.co was standing by, ready to help. The entire issue got resolved within about 15 minutes! This is the 3rd Internet radio station that I've started and the first with Radio.co and I wouldn't want to go anyplace else! Their system seems to be bullet proof and if you need help, there is always somebody willing to jump in and help. I can't say enough good things about Radio.co as they are the best of the best!!!! The customer service is 10 stars, The follow up time is quick efficient. A one chat, message or call resolution is on point. The tutorials are awsome, interactive organized amd straight to the point. The lay out and its functionality are and is the best in the market just perfect. The price are good somewhat affordable... Overall an 8.5@9 rating.... THE ONLY THING MISSING OR FLAWED IS A BETTER PLANS, KEEP IN MIND SOUND QUALITY LISTENERS STORAGE SPACE REGION OF LISTENERS DISTRIBUTION OF THE LISTENERS(LIKE SONOS,APP,DEVICES) SECURITY AND MONETIZATION OF RADIO ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE AMOUNT OF DJS .. i gone through may a few of the broadcasting software more than i care to mention amd most to all have better amounts djs than radio.co most have unlimited amount or start out with a high number of djs allowed .. and this is where radio.co is lacking ...

Fantastic platform that makes setting up your own radio station ridiculously easy. I've worked in radio for 20 years. Approaching radio.co I was a little nervous. I can talk rubbish on air but would I be able to grasp the technicals. The answer is yes. It's simple enough to stumble through and when I did need assistance, the help team were prompt and explained things in very basic terms. The user interface is very intuitive and I had a thoroughly fun time using it. Recommend very highly.
