We got excited about using Radio.co for our streaming services. We really liked the GUI and the ability to control playlists. But three months in now, we are considering another service. With downtime at least once a week, compatibility issues multiple times a week, and most importantly, no ability to insert a pre-roll for our advertisers, it's falling short of most services available for less $$. On top of that, the crew at Radio.co has a "no can do" attitude and doesn't seem interested in working with their partners. I think it's a young company with nobody capable of actual sales/service. Save yourself some time and trouble and look at the hundreds of streaming services that have years of experience and are willing to help their clients achieve what they want to achieve instead of having to fit into Radio.co mold.

Radio.co is a great platform! I love everything about it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the stream doesn't have Metadata very crucial part of my station. Hope it gets fixed asap

Easy to understand and use.

What really makes Radio.co stand out is the customer service, which is absolutely excellent. The website is slick too, with an easy to use interface. You really can get on air in a matter of minutes. The prices are reasonable, especially if you're a small outfit, and, although they are a little more expensive for some additional services, like apps, the clever website and helpful staff do all the hard work for you.

We have used many differing types of broadcast software, from Australia, USA and most points in between. When we arrived in UK to set up our portfolio of stations here, we stumbled across Radio.Co, and what a Red Letter Day that was ! We love it, our techies love it and the presenters love it. The most user friendly software we have come across, with exceedingly fast,…and pleasant support if needed, with very reasonable prices too. We cannot cannot recommend www.radio.co highly enough, whether you are operating on a small budget or looking for global domination.

I just moved my station from SHOUTcast to Radio.co and haven't looked back. Plus they have just added a website builder which is one of the best I've ever used. Its incredibly simple and intuitive

Price is comparatively good, branded player is great, reports are super, integration with TuneIn awesome. However: While this company may be great for music stations, my news/talk station is having a nightmare of a time with Radio.co. Service response is horrible, playlist integrity is breached on a regular basis, and the system is making my respected 20-year-old community service radio station sound like an amateur piece of garbage. I am at a point where I am up 24/7 practically to monitor the sound and catalogue the glitches caused by the system. This is making me so upset, so upset. Waiting AGAIN for some help now. This is no way to run a radio server host. If they aren't up to the task of serving talk stations, they should say so and not take our money!

Amazing platform easy to use

I am really pleased with the service at radio.co, I recently switched from wave streaming. The user interface is easy to get along with and all the features you would expect are there too. I especially like how easy it is to add apps, create players and intergrate with Twitter.

What sets apart a company when they pretty much offer the same thing as the competition? Customer service! Online Radio has horrible customer service for the most part. Radio.co has made me feel like I was somebody and that I mattered. There not even on the same continent and they take better care of me than here in the U.S.! Every other aspect is looking better everyday! Thank you RADIO.CO!

Very easy to setup with tutorials that are right to the point. The ability to track listeners is incredible and at a price that is affordable.

I'm still getting to know Radio.Co... but, I've fallen in love! I've used a combo of IceCast and LiveWebDJ for my stream in the past and was happy with it... but Radio.Co allows me to do away with my IceCast subscription completely and provides MUCH more functionality than LiveWebDJ. ONE example? The ability to create a BRANDED audio player, that I can tweak as much as I want to integrate into various platforms SEAMLESSLY is pretty awesome. This is the feature that kicked me over the edge into subscribing. I'm certain that I'll have more questions in the future as I become more familiar with features... and Radio.Co is very helpful in support response. Additionally: I'm an 18 year veteran of "terrestrial" broadcasting in Northern Arizona U.S. and have been looking for a streaming client that has similar detail and oversight that I've used in $1,000+ software as Program Director during by radio days. Radio.Co is as close as I've come. I'm VERY pleased. Radio.Co is amazing and I'm really looking forward to staying with them as they develop and move forward. I'm not one to like change, but when presented with the chance to switch to Radio.co, I couldn't say no! I had a great service before, but these guys were really interested with my stations succeeding. They migrated everything, and kept me informed. We ran into a few problems...some of them unique. But they always searched for a remedy, and got my stations working great!!! They even interacted with a couple of my service vendors to make those relationships better!! We used their old service (wavestreaming) for quite a few years and things were good. Now with the switch to Radio.co the same good service has carried over along with some pretty cool new features! Thanks guys!

Hello!. I commend you for this groundbreaking radio platform you've created. I'm very impressed and more than excited about it. The interface is clean that I always feel like "licking" it. Lol. But I have a concern. Do you have plans for extending your service such that web developers and online radio enthusiasts can white label it for the clients they create the online radio for? I see this as an opportunity for many interested peolpe who would like to provide such a service under their brand while leveraging residual income and in turn bringing more profits to you. This is my humble suggestion. I feel like letting you know. I would love to have such an experience some time to come. Thank you.

I Like this Service! It's easy to use. The New 'Tag' function is really comfortable. So i can create new Playlist in seconds. It would be great, when i could download the Reports as an PDF. And, when a new Playlist Starts to play, it just interrupt the current Playlist. I would be better, when the sound goes down an the other Playlist fads in, like on wavestreaming.com

I'm brand new to Radio.co, and I am incredibly impressed. They've obviously thought everything out ahead of time and really trying to make online radio easy for everyone. I've been looking for an elegant solution that goes above & beyond the typical Shoutcast Auto-DJ, and this fits the bill for sure! I'm pretty experienced with all of this, but I was really pleased to see all of the learning materials readily available for everyone. They offer Radio.co university, FAQ's and stellar service. They are all very personable, both with their service, and the fact that various members of the staff (including the founder) appear in the training videos. That's a really nice touch, and I hope it continues as they grow. But all of that would be pointless if the product wasn't great. Radio.co offers a great solution for storage, live broadcasting, and scheduling. Finally! Online radio is great, but usually, you have to have a fairly expensive software solution installed locally for scheduling, and, of course, always be connected to your station. Radio.co allows me to upload, create playlists and schedule my station very easily, all within the simple, elegant interface. Just awesome! I can't report on the stream just yet (as I'm still ramping up). but if the stream is as good as the rest of the service, then my listeners are in for a treat. Do yourself a favor--consider Radio.co (even if you're currently with a different provider). I think you'll be pleased.

Radio.co is a great DJ system perfect for Internet radio stations. There service is second to none. We would recommend Radio.co for radio broadcasters.
