I have always been given quality support from Radio.co. I do wish they had a way to contact them through a phone call. I'm afraid the message systems are hard for me personally to convey my issues, but it's OK. The people at Radio.co are great.

They make sure it's very hard to cancel or find a way to cancel the free trial. They will charge your credit card without notifying you which is illegal in my province. Beware this is very scammy.

Complete lack of communication with critical issues that resulted in wasted money. And after a reply stating confusion, the confusion was a lack of communication on Radio.co's part. They failed to tell us about a document they needed, that's not confusion, that is horrible service.

This is the first time i wish i could give more than 5 stars. Radio.co puts all the tools in place for your station to be a success. Websites and apps players but they give you the knowlege base on how to get the most out of the tools they supply. Wow a hosting platform that wants you to be successful.
