It's great to be with the team nearly 10yrs of broadcast. People in this support team are excellent and whenever any assistance immediately I had it done. Great team work and good to be with these people for unmatched service.

The best way to gauge a relationship between a company and a customer is how situations get resolved and the level of urgency when responding. I have dealt with Qasim, Amber, Phil, and a few more many times, and the level of attention to service speaks volumes. Since I am not as tech savvy as others (which can be frustrating), having a team of people that respond most times within minutes, means a lot. More importantly, resolving concerns and follow-ups means everything. I would definitely recommend this company hands down as compared to the competition. I have tried a few of the competitors before coming to Radio.co, and I feel I have a home here for now. You will be happy with the service and the technology options. Now it is time to get back to what I love, and that is operating Urban Soul Grooves Radio, "Your 24/7/365 urban contemporary R&B and Classic Soul."

I really like the easiness of the website, the tagging, scheduling, and the assistance in building the apps. I just got done with the finalization of the apps with Edward, and he was very efficient and knowledgeable. I do wish that there were easier ways to go from automated content to live without cutting off the automated content. Maybe this can be as simple as having the automated content overrun to finish a song before the live kicks in (just as with automated to automated), or allowing the owner to give the authority to different profiles to go to live when needed. It would also help if there was a phone number for technical assistance. Overall, I am happy with Radio.co.

They do a good job - always responsive and always innovating. The technology is good, the service is good and the people are good. Very user friendly platform and great instructional videos that cover the A to Z of setting up a radio station and all that goes with it.

This cost me a new regular show, your software once the timer kicks in starts my stream to the station, but it is not received as a clear stream, jumps skips and is not audible, I Stream with the same setup to other stations using either Butt or OBS and have no issues at all whatsoever. Twice I have tried to do my show on the station, the 1st time using Butt player synced in with your radio.co log in page for the station and the second using your radio.co Broadcaster. You have cost me a new show. Not happy at all. Can't even speak to anyone on your customer service number. Not good support at all.

Radio.co is my radio station's "tech department". they are in reach whenever something goes wrong or I need answers. James, Amber and Qasim are names and voices who take their time to make the journey of owning a radio station exceptional.

6 years have come and gone with Radio.co. Through it all the company has grown into a powerhouse streaming service. With a top notch customer service dept. that's never stopped improving. New features, integrations, excellent servers, we are all in. Thank you for all your hard work. Once again, we recommend Radio.co. If your unsure test the free trial, put it through it's paces. It will astound you.

I have nothing but good things to say about the great people at Radio.co (and their sister company Podcast co). Excellent Customer Service, best in the industry! Phil, Amber and Qasim from Podcast.co have guided me along the way to get our streaming radio channel and App up and running with out hesitantion and their response time to my questions is always timely and spot on target. I could never invision working / collaborating with a better group of people!

Phil was awesome to chat with even though he is not a Football fan haha. He was very knowledgeable about the Apps and helpful with the issue I was having. I have been a customer for 2 years and hope to continue for the next 10.

We joined Radio.co after doing lots of research and what we liked is everything they told us they could do they did. Our service ran for a year with no major problems at all. I would highly recommend it for anyone interested in creating their own media platform.

J'ai écris pour signaler des problèmes techniques que je rencontrais sur ma web radio. En effet, j'ai remarqué plusieurs dysfonctionnements qui affectent la qualité de l'écoute pour nos auditeurs. Tout d'abord, j'ai constaté de fréquentes micros coupures au cours de la diffusion en direct. Cela peut être très gênant pour les auditeurs et peut affecter leur expérience d'écoute. Ensuite, je remarque que les illustrations ne s'affichent pas correctement sur le site web de la radio. Cela peut également affecter la qualité de l'expérience utilisateur et la compréhension des contenus diffusés. Enfin, j'ai également remarqué que les doublons ne sont pas pris en compte de manière adéquate. Cela peut causer de la confusion pour les auditeurs et affecter la qualité de l'expérience d'écoute. L'équipe est incapable de répondre aux problèmes, sur le papier, l'offre est alléchante... mais la réalité est tout autre.
