Exactly what I wanted and great value for money
The worst customer service ever experienced with any company in many dealings. Extremely rude customer service ‘manager’ who stated no one else would speak to me and treated me like dirt regarding an order that was promised by end of week. Rang to check on delivery as is for elderly relative birthday on Saturday and was told could be here but could next week and too late for me to cancel. Would avoid at all costs, owners should be ashamed of staff member.
Since first order, I have made further purchases and recommended this company to family and friends, who have also placed orders. Good service and thrilled with coasters.
I ordered a mug and it didn't arrive on time. I rang them a few days before the estimated arrival to confirm it would arrive and they said it would. It didn't. Also I spent over 40 minutes waiting to get through on the phone which was ridiculous. Asked for a refund twice and they point blank ignored my email. Rude, pathetic customer service. Not using them ever again. There are plenty of other websites that offer the same services BUT have a good customer service and refunds policy. Printster has a lot to learn.
I've been using Printster for around 6 months now and they are my primary source for custom printed coasters. There has been the occasional printing error or delivery problem which is normally rectified very quickly via the helpful customer service team. I look forward to continuing our business relationship!

Awful awful service. Ordered a mug and paid 11 pounds express delivery for it to arrive on a certain day. It did not come at all! When I called the next day they said its only estimated days?! Did not offer to refund me my postage. When I called customer service I told them I would write a bad review the colleague Harry said that is fine. Secret santa gift ruined.
Just received my personalised mug - very pleased. I got fed up of apps that didn’t let me simply upload my picture & had size restrictions etc - I’ve just prefer 3 other mugs as I’m so pleased with this one.

I made an order 2 months ago, and to this day I still haven't even received it, and upon calling them, they said I couldn't get a refund and then add to the fact that I couldn't even speak to a person to make a complaint I have to get a stupid email to do so. My advice, don't use them, if you really want a mask made of cardboard, do it yourself. You don't need a whole company to do it for you, especially not this company.
Ordered a chrome key ring with photograph on it. The item is very good quality and the photograph is very clear and was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery time stated. I am very happy with this keyring and would recommend printster

Paid for Tracked Shipping £5.99 (order will be manufactured within 48 hours and dispatched with Royal Mail on a 24 hr) on the 10th June to ensure delivery in time for fathers day. My order has nit arrived by 14th so I called to ask where it was, it had not been sent out, but would be going out that day and would arrive on Saturday 15th. I explained that the delivery address was my work address and would not be open so the lady on the phone said she would change the address to my home. Saturday arrived and no delivery.... it had still been sent to my work!! So the night before fathers day I was last minute shopping for a different gift. So not only was I stressed and rushing around I was also out of pocket having had to buy ANOTHER gift. They now 3 days later responded to my email offering to refund delivery as though it is a grand gesture! Very poor company, poor quality products which i discovered when my order eventually arrives and god forbid you have any issues because they took 3 days to answer me!! First and last time I have used this sub standard company. Do not use them!

Ordered some wrapping paper on the 30th. It was due to arrive on Friday. It didn't arrive so i contacted Prinster via phone as i urgently needed the wrapping paper by Sunday. Will apologised for the delay and just incase my paper didnt arrive by Sunday he sent me another one for next day delivery. This is outstanding customer service as they could have just said it should be there tomorrow and i might have never recieved it in time which would have resulted in a 1 star review. Reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 is because previous to the telephone call i did email asking when is my parcel expected to arrive and i did not recieve a reply. Apart from that all is great and I would highly recommend.
