Wanted a customised mug but the usual places were limited in the style on offer or just didn't present good quality previews when I uploaded the image. Eventually came across printster who i'd never previously heard of, but the price was good and reviews suggested it was worth a try. Have to say i'm very impressed, the image quality on the mug has exceeded my expectations and is basically as it appears on the site preview, no noticeable loss of quality as has been the case with other companies. Ordered on Friday morning and arrived the following Tuesday, no complaints whatsoever and will definitely be using again. Thank you.

I received my order through standard delivery 3 days after I ordered unfortunately the mug had the wrong picture and message on so I emailed customer service who responded quickly and sent out my order next day delivery. The quality of the mug and coaster is very good and i am pleased.
