I ordered the heat changing mug and some cool masks for me & my son. The quality of both items were superb and so was the delivery. Would recommend both to anyone and the price was so reasonable! Thanks printster!!

Didn't come in time. Spent £35 on wrapping paper that couldn't even be delivered for the birthday I needed it for. Emailed customer service just apologised no compensation.

Order took 2 weeks to arrive, 9 days after expected date. I emailed after a week & order had ‘got lost’. Very helpful man issued a replacement order. Arrived today, different colour to picture, quality is awful & not worth the almost £20 I paid for a pair of socks! Horrible cheap shiny see-through material. Can’t give as the present I intended. Have emailed & requested refund

Unfortunately printster used Hermes resulting in our parcel never arriving. It's a shame a good company can use such a poor courier service. Only positive was when i called printster they issued a refund straight away. This demonstrates they also do not hold confidence in their couriers.

Excellent customer service! It was a joy to deal with Prinster. The gentleman I spoke to today, went out of his way, to make things occur. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the Temporary Order Packer job, as I am physically impaired, so I am unable to be a warehouse operative.

Awful company, arrived cracked Said they will send a replacement next day deliver 3 days later still not here! Awful company avoid avoid!!!

Very happy with the personalised wrapping paper and went down very well with the recipient. Came packaged in a cardboard roll box so no folds in the paper and is a decent thickness.

Great service and quality.

I ordered some face masks for a hen party. They turned up on time and were perfect! They were also a great price. A lot of places will overcharge but these were a bargain. Would recommend.

The mug ordered came cracked then the replacement also came cracked!
