The 5 mugs I ordered were Xmas gifts. They arrived in time for Xmas. I ordered them on Thurs 17th and paid £5.99 tracked shipping and they arrived on 22nd. they looked really good.

Wrong mug delivered 5 days before Christmas to the intended friend (5 days later than advised it was estimated to take). The friend was confused and upset as the mug said ‘This is what an awesome Managing Director looks like’. This was not what I ordered and the friend had just been through a very personal and lengthy court case regarding their Managing Director where they work. The mug supplied had so far caused upset and I’m mortified in this. *currently new mug has been sorted*

Things turned up a little later than expected but when it did was very happy with the product. Will use again and give them the benefit of the doubt with the Christmas post and covid problems.

Order was expected to arrive 1 week ago and still has not arrived, I emailed multiple times during the past few days and no one has gotten back to me, the parcel has been stuck at the “carrier hub” for over a week and has not moved, do not recommend buying from here unless you want to wait 4 weeks for your order to arrive.

I just received a photo mug which was damaged Unusable due to the crack down the side I feel the packaging was inadequate hence the damage I was unable to email as said email address invalid I just want a replacement Intime for Christmas as is a present Please can you rectify and send a replacement

Parcel did not arrive on the expected date, despite paying for first class postage, which meant they were late for the event they were needed for. Whoever I spoke to on the phone didn’t seem to care less, very blazè and no apology. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Ordering was easy and product received promptly. Very pleased with the coasters, will be a great gift.
