The reason why I'm scoring two stars is the fact that I paid for premium delivery as the gift was bought as a birthday present I ordered them on Tuesday evening and was told that my package would arrive Thursday to Friday it's only just arrived and the person who I was buying the gift for has now gone back home to Spain so now I'm going to have to pay to ship them over on top of the money I've wasted on what is advertised as faster delivery. I also tried to contact your customer services to query my delivery date to find myself on hold for 45 minutes with no sign of anyone answering my call. This is the first and last time I will purchase any with yourselves as a result which is a shame as the products themselves are very good and I don't want to knock the quality of goods however delivery times and customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I want my money back for the shipping and I expect to receive that shortly!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! You do not receive your goods and can not contact them - phones constantly down with 'Technical issues' and they do not respond to emails. They took my money, did not deliver and are not traceable - they are linked with "personalised face masks" so stay well clear of them too - absolute crooks. They ruined my 18 year old daughters birthday and have left me fuming - absolute sharks

Ordered from their website and their courier said they tried to deliver 27th and would retry 28th. I used their tracking number and it said they left my parcel in the outbuilding. I don't have an outbuilding so I contacted printster on the 28th and they said the courier would deliver the 28th. I was in all day and nothing. Contacted them again and was told they would deliver on the 2nd, again nothing. I emailed asking for a refund as I hadn't received the items and was told they don't do refunds for trouble with a courier. I am sorry but they provide a service, part of it is getting the item to you and that didn't happen. Don't go near this company. Save your money and being stuck in the house waiting on delivery and go to tesco or asda photo centres.

Unacceptable avoid!!!! So livid I've ordered from this company before looking at reviews. Paid for next day delivery but didn't come. Next day I had a text to say DPD couldn't find my address ... a 6 year old on a treasure hunt could find my address it's really not difficult so that's complete rubbish. Requested a redelivery to a local shop which I received confirmation of. Turned up and again, not delivered. Event has now passed and these were not cheap. Absolutel livid.

Ordered items a month in advance of when they were needed for and they didn't turn up.In fact 2 weeks after the event they are still not here. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to look elsewhere. Customer care is zero

Ordered a personalised mug which had a 3 day delivery date. They didn't even PRINT the mug design until 5 working days after the purchase! Had postage refunded, but it was a gift that it won't be here in time for, as well as the fact I won't be available at the delivery address anymore. You would think 8 DAYS would be enough time to get a mug delivered (with 3 day delivery stated). Awful. I'd never use again.

I ordered a personalised gift for my partner off our children. Never received it, apparently it's 'lost in the post' and it ain't their problem!!!! The money has been taken from my account and I'm very annoyed I won't be able to have this for Father's Day, if at all, but what good is it then??? Disgusting, if you have payed for something you should have it!!!

I asked for VICTOR to be printed on Christmas mug but you put Vict. I can't be bothered to return it and do not want a replacement. I have put in charity bag.

I was disappointed with one of the photo's on my purchase. On the online page it showed it in full, on the product it is not....I have had to re-order elsewhere. I did try again and still couldn't ly get the photo to look as I wanted it. Sorry just being truthful.
