Website was user friendly and the pictures came back quickly and looking good!

Arrived very quickly. Comes out exactly as you create it. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the print of the photo. It has come out slightly blurry but still clear enough to see, even though my photo was of good quality.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Ordered masks for a friend’s birthday. On their website it says 2 days to process as 1-3 for delivery. Ordered on Sunday evening and expected them to be delivered by Saturday morning. They never arrived and I was left not only disappointed that I have had them but also out of pocket. Contacted them for a refund and got a very unhelpful answer and told it was not possibly. Would never use them again and advise people to avoid this company.

I ordered 12 mugs to commemorate a family event. The order was placed on the basis of price and reviews. Only 4 mugs were delivered. The box had very obviously been cut open in transit and 8 removed! As they were personalised I just did not get it! I phoned Printster who were very helpful. Not only did they send me the missing 8 mugs they sent me the complete order of 12 and it came very quickly. So I got 4 extra mugs! My only comment is that I think they should choose a better courier! It certainly looked as if somewhere along the line an employee had helped him/herself. The lady delivering the box pointed out that the box had been opened!

When the courier hadn't delivered my item, I followed up with Printster who chased immediately. They couldn't get hold of Hermes and so instead, they sent out a replacement order immediately. Very good customer service.

Had a problem with the image I sent to be made into a facemask . Excellent customer service got that sorted and now I have some great masks . Would use again ..
