It was a pleasant surprise to find that Presto carried these albums in stock. The digital download and payment system was trouble-free.

I have been buying classical cds from Presto for several years now and always find the service excellent. The recomendations and ways to display recordings are helpful, and on the few occasions when I have accidentally ordered more than one copy you have helpfully allowed a return. I usually build up a basket bit by bit over a month or so, and the newly introduced email telling me I have left something in my basket is mildly irritating, but that is minor in a sea of musical joy. Speed and efficiency in fulfilling the orders. However, please reconsider your delivery arrangements. The Post Office is useless. Both deliveries were not made despite our being in the house. At least they now attempt a second delivery but we still had to hang around for whenever they decided to come! By contrast an OUP volume ordered through Amazon (which I don’t like doing) arrived the next day and we were alerted to their arrival.

I mostly download music and there is no problems with it except perhaps can be slow but maybe that’s not Presto’s fault. Prices are okay sometimes good. It’s the only place I download music. I used to download classical music from amazon but they only do mp3, since I discovered better quality such as Hi resolution and cd quality I don’t use anywhere else.
