I’ve been a customer of Presto for quite a few years and buy 99% of my recordings from them. Their web site is easy to use, is very informative and most records are available as downloads. I prefer and usually buy the higher resolution versions which I store on a NAS and stream to my hi-fi system. I am not keen on commercial streaming services as I prefer my own organisation of recordings which allows me to easily browse through my collection. Presto is my go to source whenever I am in the market for a new recording and they never let me down.
Cheap, easy to buy and download
I was pleased to see that I could download the album to which I was interested in Hi-Res FLAC format rather than only having an mp3 option.
It is What you what you get very quickly.
The download was simple and the quality of the music was superb. The only downside is that I typically use American Express for payment and that was not an option.
Smooth sailing, as usual, with my order except that one item wasn't in compressed format and some files took a very long time to download.

Just so easy to navigate and find what I want, items always well described and various music formats available. A really good online store means a nice online experience, fast download speeds and a pleasure to deal with, friendly and professional.
Presto Music has a very professional website. When selecting music it offers plenty of critiques about all the music on offer. And then all I have to do is make my choice knowing that I have had all the advice I need.
An excellent service as always. There's a huge selection of high quality downloads and CD's so when my interest in and love of classical music was restarted by the superb film Tar I found the Presto site and I haven't stopped buying from there. I'd much rather buy from them than Amazon to avoid feeding that beast, and Presto is clearly run by people with a passion for classical and jazz music.
It was impossible to change the order, impossible to download my ordered music; my complaints were not addressed. Horrible website.
Presto Music has a terrific selection of classical music from a variety of labels--that's the first & best thing about them. The next thing I most appreciate is the ease of evaluating each potential purchase, with each recording's sub-page containing any pertinent reviews, plus the ability to preview cuts. And finally, many recordings are offered in download format (my best option), and some of those are available in high-resolution formats (also my best option). All in all, Presto Music makes it very easy to purchase recordings that work for me.
As ever, the online shopping experience (for downloads) was excellent. I wasn't sure whether they'd stock the label (French) but using the search facility it was easy to locate the recording and order. Excellent company.
The important thing about Prestomusic's website is that it's well adapted to the content. You can search by composer, work, performer, genre [compared, of course, to Amazon, which I used to use; to them Beethoven is an "artist" and a movement is a "song".] Since I started using the web version of Prestomusic.com I've been happy with it and stuck to it. I'm not yet a great fan of the mobile app, though. The reason is simple. It's too streaming oriented; to find the recordings which I've paid for over the years I have to go down to bottom and tap "Collections" and then up and then tap "Purchased". I'd like them to be more prominent. [Sorry, I can't afford to subscribe]

Well, i was looking a high quality music Title and i found it here. Something that could be available at the moment. So far i do not regret the decision.
The whole shopping experience was very easy, straightforward, from searching the store to the payment process. Fair price level. I found what I was looking for, added the bonus that I could pick different formats/resolutions.
