I've found it is the best place for hi-resolution and collector's editions for classical, jazz and hard to find music. A lot, of their CDs are hybrid Super Audio CDs (SACD), which really is the best format possible as they have both a normal CD layer (PCM) and a SACD layer (DSD). I recently bought the Obi-Wan Kenobi OST in FLAC, it was the only place I could find it in a lossless format. At this time, even Discogs only mentions lossy formats (MP3, AAC) for the release. I'm going to add the lossless release to Discogs, so people know it exists. A little while ago I got "Mallorca Edition Historic Organs" in hybrid SACD format, not only a great edition, but again only place you could get it. Their love of music really shows through the quality of their editions.

An excellent choice of classical music recordings from this informative website. Very good and clear communications which provide confidence even when unavoidable delays occur. Would be better to have retained the ability to listen to ones order book, even briefly, rather than being required to subscribe to obtain on-line listening. However, this is a minor issue really as I order music I have heard and I would thoroughly recommend this service.

it is not easy to look for the songs/music that I wanted to download. I find it easier to use the hdtracks.com --perhaps I am more familiar with it already. Anyways, more power and God speed!

Buying classical music online has changed over the years and is still evolving. Since they began, Presto has constantly offered an amazing selection of recordings and over time in an expanding range of formats. Presto really is the one-stop shop for lovers of classical music - give them a try, you won't regret it.

A website that is clear, easy to navigate and on which to place orders. Downloading music files is also quick and straightforward with prices that are competitive. Also, an informative and interesting newsletter. A good company to deal with.

Found what I wanted easily and at a reasonable price. The download process was quick and easy.

I like to own things - and not being tracked and supervised all the time. So I was very happy to find the whole soundtrack here of "Ce qui nous lie" in excellent quality! There is an explanation what "FLAC" means, I myself didn't know this before and would have ordered mp3 as usual - great to know this now. Buying was super easy, FLAC works well under Linux. Only four stars though because I would have preferred a possibility to order as a "guest" (why needing a postal address for a download?) and a PayPal option. But regardless I would - and will - order anytime again! There are a lot more gems to discover... :-)

Quick and easy Presto has an extensive catalogue, great facilities for shopping and buying, excellent descriptions - and good music :-) I've used the site for several years to enrich my library.
