As a semi retired Viola player (39 years in the CBSO) I find Presto Music a very useful resource both for recorded music and other things like scores etc. When I have had occasion to phone about something I have always been impressed by how helpful the staff are!

Presto is the best place to buy classical music - physical discs and downloads. Extraordinary range, erudite staff, keen prices and a responsive attitude to customers. There is a reasonably-priced subscription streaming service as well. I have not yet taken the leap but am tempted.

I've used Presto a number of times in the last few years, originally for CD purchases but more recently for downloads, the latest being purchased yesterday. I've always been very satisfied with the availability of recordings and ease of use of the website. Presto has become my 'go to' site for both classical and jazz recordings.

Presto has a really good and intuitive search facility, making it easy to find what I am looking for. I am from the generation that prefers to buy rather than stream classical music and, with so many shops gone, it is good to still have such an excellent independent as my goto first choice. Their well informed weekly newsletter lets me know the new recordings. On the rare occasion I have had problems in the past 13 years, their staff have been obliging and quick to sort matters out.

I consider PrestoMusic the most complete, efficient portal with excellent options for lovers of classical music that cannot be found on any other page. I have been buying for many years, especially download music in high definition, not registering any problem in any sense. My favorite page, highly recommended.

I had a query about a CD, and received a most helpful email reply two days later, with a link to their booklet on the CD, which answered my question. Presto's email person was also most friendly.

Presto allows me to download music, in several formats and the recordings are not available anywhere else. My most recent order was for live jazz improvisation by John Coltrane and Eric Dolphy - a favourite combination, but it's just as likely to be Telemann. It's very simply to order, pay and download.

Always received good service from Presto. There is a very good selection of different types music to choose from, and the ability to preview extracts from the music is very useful - I am old enough to remember the listening booths in record shops! CDs are well packed and quickly dispatched. Downloads are reliable.

Presto Music have a very good, easy to navigate website for fans of jazz and classical music. They have a massive range of CDs, LPs, sheet music, books and DVDs. Their prices are very competative and they keep you up to date with regular email/newsletters. I have always found their service to be excellent.

Super easy to download music CDs and instantly enjoy a wide range of classical works. I love getting my CDs here. I recommend this site to everyone. I’m in New Zealand, so I value being able to download things instantly and not wait for international shipping, which can be very, very slow.

New steaming app makes my previously purchased music difficult to access. Old app was great . New app is buggy and often music I want to listen to offline is inaccessible. Reported to presto but issues persist.

Smooth purchasing an very good selection of titles

It was a straightforward process to order online the music that I requested. Downloading wasn't an issue except that I could not locate my "unzip" app on my pc - all sorted in the end and I have the high quality 24 bit quantization (though I doubt my ears are good enough to take full advantage of the higher tresolution !!! )
