Fastest and easiest way to buy music

Such a great range of music in multiple formats, the opportunity to listen before purchase, and an online library - and great service even as far away as Australia! I'm very happy to continue to use Presto for most of my music. I am only disturbed by the coming loss of the online library. I rely on this often when away from home and my CD collection. I do not (and will not) use streaming services. Mostly I want my music physical and reliable, not dependent on whether I can afford the internet that month, or it's not accessible due to poor connectivity. But otherwise, my online library is small, manageable, and free. Please, I ask that you offer the streaming service to those who want it, but keep the online library for the rest of us!

I wanted to replace a treasured set that was destroyed by the deteriorated foam it came with which ate the oxide off the disks. I debated the mp3 and flak downloads and chose mp3 for convenience. I was wrong to do this. The download totally reordered the tracks from my original disc, so I had to mess with the metadata to burn it to CD. Now I’m experiencing the jarring gaps between indexed portions of the piece and will have to mess with them further to get a CD that will mirror the experience of the original. The upside is the streaming benefit, thanks to my having purchased Bluetooth receivers. I just wanted to replicate the CDs that Philips’ packaging choices had doomed the original discs.

In Amazon, I couldn't the album I was looking for and easily found it in your catalogue, I only wish it'd had a booklet.

I have high end audio equipment and only use Presto Music for my downloads. It's so easy, efficient and the files sound amazing on my system. Easily the best place to go for audio downloads - especially across classical and jazz genres.

Presto is the last of the "record shops" on-line which knows about music rather than looking on it as simply a product. Their streaming service, whereby one can hear one's purchases immediately, is a big plus for those of us who nevertheless still like to own one's assets rather than simply stream everything. Right now the service is slower than usual, and some of the items don't show up in the streaming service when ordered. Still worth supporting for the informed reviews and outstanding presentation of the web site.

Presto is extremely well stocked: if it's been recorded, they have it! Since Brexit however, deliveries to the EU may take some time.

Well it was great because I could get the product I wanted after struggling to get it on other platforms but I was disappointed in the audio quality, yes it an acoustic recording and mp3 but its coming in at a around -20db.Whats the deal? should be mastered to 00 no?

My purchase was a hi-rez download download and when such albums exceed a certain size, a Download Manager called iGetter will automatically take over and download them. On this occasion, the normal saving procedure of the ZIPpped file began but after a few seconds I saw a message informing me that iGetter had taken over and I found it was working in the background. All went well and the playback of the particular album was flawless and a real treat.
