Unproblematic transactions and more information than most. But what I would really like was even more information on quality issues. Is it a remastered recording? Does a remastering exist? If so, then from when? And what is the original date of recording? And how much stars/hearts/ violins is the final quality worth, the over all quality, in modern recording settings?

Your prices are better than the other music seller, mainly for jazz.

I prefer CD. Record or something. But digital has it's own merits. Of course, I don't want all this formats. CD is enough and plenty satisfatory.

Presto music have gone above and beyond when ordering music books. Some books got delayed and they sent it on a faster postage to avoid delay. Great company!

Everything I required were all there, quite clear and well-presented, which made subsequent steps that much easier and efficient for me. I doth wholeheartedly recommend Presto Music, especially for western classical music treasures (I am sure they have good selections / prices in other categories too; I have only started using their platform and I kind of tend to stick to classical itself). My experience: I had been searching for the heavenly and definitive Witold Rowicki and London Symphony Orchestra's cycle of Dvorak's Symphonies and Overtures, but being the rare and precious little mighty gem that it is, its Audio-CD box (the majestic DECCA) was and still remains, quite heavily priced. And then, lo and behold, I saw that Presto Music had the whole box (no booklet but that's ok, for I will try and read online whilst listening) in almighty FLAC format, which I was able to purchase at a very good and affordable price. And being old school, I am now in the process of writing them onto Audio-CDs after first having converted them all to godly 'WAVE or .wav' for safekeeping. Just as actual books that I can hold, smell and read old / used copies, the right physical media makes everything better and lively for me; it adds character and makes it complete. The sound quality is breathtaking, truly! This was my first FLAC purchase too; Presto Music made it easier for me to understand everything I needed to know about the format, aspects of transaction before and after sale, so on and so forth from their FAQs very easily! Now, that is self-sufficient efficiency! Emails were minimal, as it should be, and explained everything very well; I even loved the classic type / font used in email! I saw class and finesse everywhere with Presto Music (traits that are quite lacking with almost every Canadian company). I also bought Supraphon's release of Dvorak's Chamber Works parts 1 and 2 Audio-CD boxes because the price for both, yet again, were the lowest here, compared to even amazon.ca! I came to Presto Music and actively started to search for everything this year more than ever because I wanted to buy almost 7-8 boxes off the THE SIBELIUS EDITION boxes too that they have on offer from BIS Label (I hope I can complete this too soon enough). I wholeheartedly recommend Presto Music, truly! I know this for a fact: henceforth, I will always compare price on Presto Music first before deciding, since they have been in my case, the better choice! I am sad that I did not choose them for all my purchases in the past but as the saying goes, better late than never, eh? :) Thank you for everything, m'dear Presto Music wizards! :) And if anybody has been reading this review, thank you for your time! I have been really impressed with Presto since I started using it several years ago. IT has a vast array of an increasingly large collection of music. It is easy to use, your prices are very reasonable and there are occasionally some great bargains. I like your interactive and approachable service. Since I live in Mexico and cannot rely on getting CDs or any "hard copies" I appreciate being able to download high quality digital versions. The more PDFs you can include with the disks, especially when the music is sung and needs the libretti/texts, the happier I would be.

I have used Presto Music for many years. I have always found them to have a comprehensive catalogue of both works and formats, and their prices are very competitive.

Our desired disc had been pre-ordered for some time when it came into stock Presto sent a an email stating this disc was now in stock. There was no indication or acknowledgment that we had already purchased it. So we ordered another. (Amazon for example always tells you when you have already ordered an item). Trying to make contact with Presto to sort this out was so difficult. No one answers the customer line. Finally we left a recorded message saying that we had returned the second disc and just hope we will receive a refund.

I am a frequent customer, mainly because they are entirely reliable, always keep me informed -for instance if there's going to be a delay -never make mistakes with orders, price competitively (I do sometimes compare prices!), pack their parcels really well and, very important, use the best courier, ie Royal Mail! They (Royal Mail) alone, in my experience, ensure that parcels are always delivered to our "safe place" if we are out and/or the weather is wet. Honestly, I can't fault Presto.

Easy to find product and buy. I found the same disc on another platform for a few cents less, but Presto seems to be more "user friendly".
