The poles were well made and very good value for money. Poles Direct were efficient and easy to do business with.

We ordered at 16th January, received an order number. It said will be dispatched in 2-4 days but after 10 days, nothing is dispatched yet Trying to call the call center, nobody responds. They just charged and i cannot even cancel my order, at that point. Also no information given and there is no item delivery Left a message to inform about my order, no response yet.

Ordered my curtain pole with ease. Prompt delivery within a couple of days. Very happy with my purchase and looks very stylish

All as described and arrived in good time. Look nice on the wall and seem to be nice quality. The screw fixings supplied with the poles are on the small side for anything but light weight curtains but by swapping for longer screws the wall fixings are solid.

UPDATE: just now received the response to my email from yesterday, told that they rings aren't on the website because they are out of stock and not expected until the end of February (over a month). So, what I was told, to order the poles and then add the rings manually by calling us would not have worked. Still looking for another supplier. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ready to order three 35mm poles from Poles Direct. I end up going through 5 pages of ring accessories to discover that they don't offer a 35mm ring. So I send an email at 13:05 on Thursday to ask which one to use. No response by 12:30 on Friday, so I go back and call the sales department to ask which ring to use. I am told that I have to place the order for the poles and then once that is done, call them back and they will add the 35mm rings to the order manually. If you sell a 35mm pole, why would you have this process? Rep said he had no idea, just how they do it. So no response to original inquiry, no process to order an integral part to the pole they sell and no explanation as to why has to be ordered over the phone. So I am looking for another pole supplier. 🤦‍♀️

Your website made finding the poles l needed very straightforward and they were very promptly delivered in good packaging and were just what I required- thank you.

Excellent value for the quality of product; larger retail chains offering similar products have extortionate prices but polesdirect have just as good a quality at a fraction of the price.
