Very good communication from poles direct, also they sent fitting instructions. A bit concerned about the brackets on our larger pole as they only had a single screw, where as the smaller one had 3 screw holes

I needed more curtain rings for my wooden pole, but couldn’t see them available on the website. One phone call to Poles Direct answered my dilemma, and I was able to purchase another 6 rings which I’ve received. Just wish they gave the option on the website! Excellent service in the end.
