Pole arrived damaged at the end. But because it was hidden by the finial it wasn’t that big a deal. Also missing instructions (not the classic pole). If I had paid full price I probably would have gone to the hassle of exchanging for a perfect one. Customer service was very quick to response to my message on the chat about missing instructions tho.

Ordered poles 8th Jan, today is 21st Jan and still have not received my order. There is no phone number for this company only a live chat. I have been in touch twice using this process and cannot get a satisfactory answer. I have tried again today on the live chat only to be told that it is offline. Hopefully I will eventually get my order but I would never use this company again also would never recommend them.
Curtain pole arrived well packaged and I was informed about the delivery throughout the process. It was just what we wanted, works well and better value than one we had bought from a store previously.

Ordered 7 Jan … expected delivery damaged in transit so not delivered. Poles D issued new order with wrong price and wrong quantity, so I had to phone to correct their error. Still waiting for new delivery date,…..more than 12 days after initial order
