Good communication and delivery service. The poles measure 5 m in total ( 2x 2.5 m ) but we didn’t get a connected plate so getting the tracks to line up perfectly was impossible.

Everything went smoothly with Poles Direct, from making an order online, then making a payment with different choices, and then my order was confirmed and delivered within a few days. Everything was just so easy. I had no issues what so ever with the purchase.
A complete farce. We ordered but didn’t realise they had no dealings with the order, other than taking their cut. 8 days after ordering, our product turned up. They (poles directs only comment, was it was on the invoice it was going to take 4 days to get the order together. Ridiculous!
