Ordered a curtain rail on the 15/01/25 I am still waiting to hear where the rail is ,trying to get hold to someone to tell me what is happening has been next to impossible.I will never deal with this company again.
Old mounting clips were simpler and easier so I used the old ones.
Still awaiting the refund for the products that I returned 2 weeks ago and the customer service is not responding
Absolutely appalling. I ordered a curtain pole and some curtain hooks over 2 weeks ago. The hooks came within a few days. However, 2 weeks later I’ve been chasing when my curtain pole will be here. First I was told there was a delay but it would be dispatched Friday and they’d upgrade it to next day, then I chased on Monday, still hasn’t been dispatched. Requested a full refund on Tuesday and was told I’d receive an email once it’s been processed. Yet again, I’m chasing today (Thursday) for a refund. Finally had an email for the refund but they won’t refund my £4.95 postage because I’ve received the hooks. Absolutely disgusting. The hooks were £3. I paid more for portage that the item. Stay clear.
Lovely pole, love the simplicity of the design. Prompt delivery. Sadly the screw broke for the middle support bar so it's sat loose in it. Bit if a shame for a new item but still usable as a curtain rail

I found the ordering system reasonably easy to use. I found it best to know the lengths required and the style of pole before I started. It was good being able to have some of my order cut to the required length. Once ordered Poles Direct kept me informed and delivery proved good. The poles are of a good quality and look good now they are up.
I ordered 3 curtain rails, and they arrived promptly and packaged well. They were very easy to,put up.

Have previously ordered from the company and been pleased with the products. This time we ordered a curtain pole which said it had been delivered but we have never received. When we queried this we were provided a proof of delivery which was not our address. We were then told it was being investigated with the carriers and we would hear back in 3 days. This was over 3 weeks ago and despite chasing on email and the web chat, no one has come back to us with any further updates and we are now out of pocket for goods we never received!

This is the second pole I have had from Poles Direct , same poles but there was a slight change on the pole clamping screw , instead of a grub screw there is a countersunk screw which traps the pole . The screw is accessible from the top and it’s very difficult to access , poor idea .
The pole arrived well packaged in good condition. It would have been useful to have had better tracking information though between despatch and delivery. The instructions were easy to follow, but getting the brackets fitted in a straight line took some doing. Now it is up with curtains hanging it looks good and we are very pleased with the look of it.
