Exactly what I was looking for. The delivery was super quick as well and the pole was very well wrapped. All perfect!
Placed an order and paid for next day delivery. over a week later no sign of it even being dispatched. Type the order number into the poles direct website tracker and it says there was a fault. If you email the customer services team 2 days later still no reply. Tried calling the call centre phone number on the website and get put into a queue which says the estimated wait time is 16667 minutes (yes thats 11 and a half days wait time in the queue) even I'm not that patient. What a shambles! be very cautious ordering from here!

Although this company is called Poles Direct, it doesn't actually stock the products, I should have realised when I saw that practically every product is shown as 2-4 days despatch...this is because the order you place comes from a supplier and not from this company because they do not stock curtain track or probably anything. I was given a tale about the supplier waiting for components, I smelt a rat and cancelled the order and requested an immediate refund. I would advise avoiding this outfit, I think it may just be one or two people in some office, No easily available phone number? I did get my refund though, lesson learnt

I ordered 2 curtain poles. They arrived promptly and they seem to be very good quality and well made. All the parts appear to be there, although we haven't put them up as yet.
Website stated 2-4 days dispatch. Order confirmation said estimated 5 working days. Spoke to customer services at 7 days who said they'd "just had word" stock was with the supplier who would dispatch in "the next couple of days". Follow up email to customer services at 11 working days, reply received next day "the supplier has had a delay with the components...up to 2 weeks". Not only do they lie on their website, they failed to communicate any delay without me chasing them. Do not waste your time with this dishonest company. Go somewhere else which actually holds the stock they claim on the website and can actually honor their advertised timelines. So much for "direct"...
