Great taps look better in the flesh than on line. Only downside which isn’t a big issue was delivery. It said 1-2 days but was 4 days although was updated of this. Not many companies would update you.
Quick delivery and super helpful customer service team. Kept me up to date on my order and answered any questions I had. In yet to install the product, but it looks great.
You could not deliver. Even though I had to put me post code in for delivery. You took the money then had to repay me and just said you could not deliver. Very disappointed. Went elsewhere now.

Purchased a quality shower tray at a very good price. Plumbing World have a customer service second to none. Normally I Wouldn’t have hesitated in giving a 5 star rating but for the fact that deliveries are to UK mainland only. I live on the Isle of Wight and so I had it delivered to Hampshire Freight in Eastleigh who provide an excellent service for onward delivery to the island on a daily basis

I have ordered goods from pluming world twice now should have learned my lesson first time. They don't seem to to have any idea of what is in stock. You order all in stock you get a delivery date it comes order not complete ring up we will get that and send on this is how you carry on. I'm still waiting a week after delivery and a parcel order still not complete.
Very quick and easy to use website. My order was delivered very quickly and I was updated with delivery details beforehand. Very pleased with my tap and the price.
Half of order arrived damaged 8th November. Half was missing. I emailed immediately and got a response the same day to say it was being investigated. No further reply, so emailed again 14th November. No reply, emailed 16th November and asked for a refund and how to return the one faulty item received. No response, no order received and no refund weeks later.

I had 2 interactions recently which were both disappointing, I have only given 2 stars due to how quick they are to respond when you email them, otherwise it would have been 1. Firstly when I ordered online, I selected standard delivery, this was £15 due to my location even though I was spending hundreds of pounds. I ordered on 26/10 and received immediate confirmation that the items would be dispatched on 31/10, express delivery. Roll on to 02/11 and still no items or update, so I had to chase. A few emails later and a delivery date of 06/11 was given to me. Items received late and I had to put the fitters back, but not the end of the world. Move forward and after multiple issues with the room, plans had to be altered and the design changed. I needed to return the items and so completed the online returns form. A quick response was received and a completed returns form attached, but no further explanation. Now I admit I never checked the website fully, but returns have to be organized by the customer. The website has a lot of information on the returns page which is very unclear, as at the top of the page only states that returns are to be PAID FOR by the customer, not fully arranged, this is not mentioned until later on when you may already think you have read the info you needed, as I did. I asked if they could arrange this and deduct the cost from my return or I could pay it, the answer was no. This is a huge inconvenience on both time and cost, as no doubt PW have courier accounts where they could have easily arranged this and at a lower cost. Now unfortunately I have to do this myself and it will be at a cost of almost half of what I paid for the items. There is also a 30% handling charge for returning items, so I may have well just set fire to £300+. Based on the above, I would not recommend using Plumbing World as it is not worth the hassle.
I placed an order on the 21 September 2023. Received damaged sink on 7th October 2023. Returned damaged sink. Still waiting for replacement sink.

The shower screen ordered was not in stock so alternative offered, this was delivered on time with only a small, acceptable increase in price. Very good service as someone actually rang me to discuss the options.

Advised via email that I would need to assist with unloading the boiler. Not a problem until it arrived, and I looked at the label which said it weighed 153kg. How on earth do you expect two people to lift and move that weight is ridiculous. Very poor communication
They sell things on the internet that they dont have available to sell?
Excellent product at a very competitive price. The quality & stability of the Aquadart Venturi 6 Sliding Shower Door is also excellent. It arrived quickly & was very well packaged.
