Plumbing World did exactly what they said they would do. Item arrived on time, customer service was excellent Would definitely use Pluming World again.

Ordering from the website was easy. Information about the delivery and progress updates were regular and timely, to the exact time of arrival. The delivery driver was polite, friendly and helpful.

Everything was well listed on the site got what I needed. Slight hick up with delivery, but kept well informed of the problem. It arrived on the rescheduled day on time. Very pleased with the manner they do business.

I ordered a shower screen, side panels were all damaged so arranged a collection and new panel to be delivered. The turn around to receive replacement was ok, then the replacement was delayed due to the recent rain fall even though the roads weren’t flooded as I drove them 30 minutes before they were meant to arrive. It was then delayed again, this was also damaged when arrived. I managed to mend the frame. I was told that the company wasn’t responsible for damaged goods. During this period I wasnt informed of any delays:missed deliveries and had to chase for updates.

Delivered on time, helpful driver, installing it at the moment.

It was clear from your e-mails that the order was taken without the item being in stock. As a result I had to wait too long for delivery. I would have preferred to pay more from a another supplier and get prompt delivery on a heating item during cold weather.

Order made online. Easy to do. Sinks delivered only a couple of days after order placed. Quality of sinks as described and they look great in our worktop.

Very quickly dispatched and after some reaseach the price was as good as anyone else selling the filter on-line. Possibly the P&P was a few quid OTT but thats the only minor comment.
