Ordered item eve 3rd August and had to pay p&p for a 1-2 day courier delivery. They chose Evri. I had to email seller for tracking info on the 6th August as was not sent automatically. Item never received despite contacting seller a number of times only to be told an update would be sent by Evri asap. Raised an issue via PayPal and on the 17th August no response so filed a claim via PayPal who have settled this in my favour as item still held by Evri 14 days after order placed!

Well firstly they sent the wrong items after taking 2 days longer than quoted. Then all they were concerned with was that I sent photos of the wrong goods. The customer service was zero as they weren't interested in sending the original order. Then I discovered that they don't have that particular item and it shouldn't of been on the website. There was no contact to say that the items weren't available and they were sending something totally different. They were as considerate and helpful as a politician, all lies and no concern for the customer. I will never use plumbing world ever again or recommend to anyone. Richard in Pembroke

Something got left behind at the depot. It got posted out by courier and was with us within two days.

Their customer service team were fantastic and so efficient. I had not used plumbing world before and was a bit apprehensive. However, after I had ordered, their team phoned me the next working day to discuss my order,because there was a slight stock issue. Everything was dealt with quickly and there was clear communication at all times. It’s so rare these days to get such great service. I definitely recommend Plumbing World and will be using them again.
