Item wasn’t in stock on time of ordering. Kept up to date by Amy all the way through. The company had discontinued the taps I was after, other tap options were given. I opted for a refund that was in my account a couple of days later.
Met my expectations.
Easy to order items and pay for them. Despite 2 attempts the delivery did not take place and a replacement order was sent out immediately I notified them of the non-delivery. The replacement delivery arrived when promised. Amy Hebberts sorted everything out for me without any questions.
Very kind. Thoughtful. Honest. Let me have a better shower curtain for the same price as what I had orderd. Good quality, easy to put up.

Ordered some bathroom units a basin and worktop. Units were a good price compared to similar (the same?) units from other suppliers and impressed by quality. Units arrived a bit slower than I'd expected and worktop missing. Rearranged delivery and it arrived a couple of days after. Didn't check the worktop on arrival and when we went to use it a week or so later found it was damaged in several places. Contacted Plumbing World and they couldn't have been more helpful. They couldn't replace whole 2.4m worktop as we'd cut it but offered a 1.5m piece free of charge which was enough to finish the job. Things do go wrong but Plumbing World came up trump's in putting things right when they did. Very impressed in particular with helpfulness of after sales team members.

Not great, started off OK and thought I'd found a really good bathroom supplier but the last job I had off them got messed about badly, that's the reason for writing this review and 3 stars is being generous. I gave them a weeks notice when ordering, got the gear 2 weeks after. Shame really cause the stuff isn't bad, it's just that no one knows what the hell they are doing.
Update to review 4 days ago - not good news Delivery arrived 2 days late and damaged. Called to tell them that the shower screen was damaged, warped and cracked. Told to submit via the online returns form. Was in the process on call of asking how a replacement would be sent (given this was already 2 days late) and holding up the bathroom renovation for the advisor to cut me off mid sentence and hang up. Completed the online form immediately and included pictures as advised. 2 days later no response.... Had to order another shower enclosure from another company to get the bathroom completed as there is ZERO sign of a response from Plumbing World. Take your money, deliver faulty goods, rude customer service and ignore any problems.

So every went well when i brought the item however, my customer cancelled the job so the item was not needed, i contacted them to return the item but i was told that there is a 25% fee to check and inspect the item that i was returning, i did say that the item was not even opened so why are i paying this fee, i was told that this is company policy, so i agreed to the fee. then once i returned the item the person took it out of my van and didn't even look at it or open it up and put perfect condition on the return note, i was shocked that i had to play 25% for this so called inspection and check?
These guys are great, I have tried other plumbing firms but these guys beat them hands down. The products turn up on time and packaged securely and even after discovering a problem after delivery, they have promptly and in a friendly manner arranged a free replacement for me - Big shout out to Jessica!. This sort of customer service is hard to find nowadays, they deserve the full 5 stars.
Our experience of ordering what we needed for a shower installation was great. A special mention for Tanyka for her brilliant customer service.
The website is simple to navigate. Ordering is easy and there is help available if you need it. The goods arrived in the stated time and were as described. I will certainly use plumbing World again.
The product was delivered when the company and delivery firm said it would. Everyone was helpful and polite and the toilet was competively priced. If only the fitter was as obliging!!
We only have a small bathroom so require a slim shower 700mm. After an extensive trawl of the internet we came across Plumbing Wold who stocked the shower cubical that fitted our measurements. Ordered this and was sent a delivery date.We also ordered a floor standing draw cabinet. But we received an email to say the cabinet was damaged so they arranged it to come directly from their supplier. The kit arrived on time and date stated. Great service good communications will certainly use Plumbing World again.The cabinet arrived within a few days.
