Paid for express delivery at £40, received the item 12 days later - with all the fixtures and fittings missing. Have emailed multiple times and customer services just say “will try and find replacement for you” but no evidence of these appearing

Absolutely appalling service and communication. Ordered some bathroom furniture which was supposed to be Latte coloured. When it arrived not only did we have damage, but the units were a completely different colour from the 2 pics online which showed a creamy, coffee colour. These units are practically silver. I used the online chat and was directed to the return form. I explained I didn’t want to return them as I now had no time to find new units but I wanted my damages replaced. I was then told to email their customer service team. Emailed over a week ago and nothing. They’re quick to make a sale but absolutely 0 aftercare and they are still selling these units with the wrong pictures on.
V poor after care service. Faulty tap - less than a year old and leaking from a joint. Tried to blame manufacturer but as the retailer they needed to sort it out. Refused to do so.
NOTHING - BECAUSE NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. WE ORDERED A KITCHEN SINK ONLINE, AS ONE DOES WITH A PROPOSED DELVERY DATE THIS WEEK, FOLLOWED BY A PHONE CALL - NO CAN DO. PROBABLY WITHIN A MONTH. KITCHEN FITTERS ARRIVE MONDAY ???
We recently carried out some alterations to our house, which included the installation of a bathroom. We had some very specific requirements and needed to fit a lot into a small, oddly shape space. All the team at Plumbing World were amazing and so very helpful and patient with our ever changing requirements. Particular reference has to be made to Hollie Samuels who remained ever cheerful. Poor Hollie put up with constant questions, adjustments and delays but her professionalism, and that of her colleagues, never waivered. Their service was exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recomending them.

I bought a Trojancast bath and bath panel both of which were rather expensive. I found that Plumbing world were the best price for these items and did a great job of getting them to me unscathed. The chap who delivered them was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with, I would most certainly recommend them.
Easy to use website. I was able to choose the delivery date I wanted. Good price, even after including the delivery charge. Kept informed at all times (mainly by the supplier/delivery company).
Great service, phoned about 4.45pm to enquire about product on Monday, told 2 left & to place order soon. Lady said she would tell sales to expect order coming through. Placed order & asked for Tues or Weds delivery, didn't expect it to arrive same week but was messaged to say coming Weds, which it did, very well packaged too.

Outrageous returns charges when product was not opened and color was not as described. Would avoid.
Delivery just a shambles, no delivery time given until 1/2 hour prior. 15 minutes to fully unpack and check gear (initially appeared to be fine) upon fitting noticed a small chip on the door glass. 0/10 not impressed at all.
Item arrived very quickly, very well packaged and at an extremely competitive price. Delighted with the service.
Amy from PlumbingWorld was great for product knowledge of the MX shower tray and waste I was after and also for checking stock and the ordering process. Unusually I picked up the order directly and trade counter staff couldn't have been more helpful, big tick to Jay. I eyeballed it first and it got carried to the car in ice conditions. Well done PlumbingWorld for great customer service - oh and of course for low prices.
