I only ordered one product which came exactly as described. Communication was fab! I was informed at each stage of the delivery date and process by email and text and tracking system and delivery was on time. Great service!

The only issue I have is with the courier - Hermes. I was out when the package was delivered and the parcel was left with a neighbour. Social distancing rules make it difficult to collect parcels from neighbours anyway but the card left by the courier was placed through the letterbox at the bottom of the door (which is never used) instead of the main mailbox mounted on the wall. Which meant I never found it. I have had other problems with Hermes so am not a fan. My neighbour very kindly walked round with the package a few days later. The item was exactly as ordered and had obviously been dispatched in a timely manner, but I did not received any dispatch notification from Plumbing World telling me who was delivering or when and there was no indication about who sent the package on the Hermes card.

Unfortunately despite assuring us that the goods were in stock, they were not and this caused us a serious delay. We ended up having to cancel the order and go elsewhere.

We ordered some shower paneling that was easily the cheapest on the net. We had a few issues regarding postage but the people at Plumbing World were great and in the end we managed to pick the boards up directly from their suppliers. I will be using them again. Professional service.

I went to collect my usual order. I could order somewhere else same thing for less price . I tried to show my loyalty but skinny guys charged me more than what I usually pay. I have paid what they have asked for and also left the change with them. They probably need more money than everyone else. Skinny guy has no customer customers skills apart from ripping customers. Clive was great and I felt this time that he was under pressure of something. Please avoid if you want to save your money. Do not let skinny guy to be served to you. Very greedy attitude. Feel ashamed that they have lost regular customer for £5 .

I was very pleased with the communication. Not everything came as quickly as I thought it might, but in these days of Covid19 pandemic a lot of supply chains are delayed. So what I was pleased about was the sense that there were people keeping me well informed and ready to respond promptly when I requested updates. That’s all you can expect during these strange times.

2 items ok one needs to go back as not detailed correctly but I am being charged £30 for a £70 item pretty steep and unaccepaable
