I ordered a shower enclosure & tray (Eastbrook), delivery time 5-7 days. After 10 days, no communication and no details on deliveries, I phone them. Pathetic service, no info provided, promised to be phoned back 5 times in 2 days, they never phoned back. I put a compliant in writing over the weekend, on the Monday I had to phone 3 times again (again promise to be phoned back never materialised). I cancelled the order, went to a local retailer to order the same hardware, and 48H later it was delivered!!! Bottom line I'm not even sure they ordered if from Eastbrook... This business should not deserve to trade...

Very pleased with the shower enclosure that I bought. Delivery guys were great and asked were I wanted them to put my delivery. Excellent service, highly recommend

Sales Team were excellent. Informed me that there would be a delay with delivery of nonslip shower tray agreed a date for delivery, they arranged at my request for the other items to be sent straight away. Delivery company PJH informed me prior to delivery date with tracking on the due day delivered . Excellent service by all concerned

NOTHING BUT A BIG CON! BEWARE! I ORDERED A PACKAGE DEAL FOR SHOWER DOOR & TRAY, I PUT THAT IN MY BASKET ALONG WITH THE WASTE, I WAS CALLED AWAY ON AN EMERGENCY SO HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BEFORE COMPLETING, RECIEVED AN EMAIL TO COMPLETE MY ORDER WHICH I WENT ON TO DO, RECIEVED SHOWER DOOR BUT NO TRAY, WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID THAT IS WHAT I ORDERED (NO HELP WHATSOEVER) I AM STILL PUZZLED BY THIS AS I TOLD THEM IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEN WHY DID IT GIVE ME 2 OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM FOR A SHOWER TRAY UPON COMPLETING MY ORDER, LOW OR HIGH WHICH I CLICKED THE HIGH ONE????? I WAS TOLD I COULD PURCHASE A TRAY AND WOULD HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER £80 DELIVERY, THE PACKAGE WAS £317, AND IF I WENT AND PURCHASED THE THE TRAY FROM THEM IN TOTAL I WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED £550 OVER £200 MORE THAN THE PACKAGE, THEY TOOK NO RESPONSABILITY AT ALL SHAME ON YOU PLUMBING WORLD, EVERYTHING MAY BE GOOD AS LONG AS YOU DONT HAVE ANY ISSUES AS THEY ARE NO HELP AT ALL, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR IN MY OPINION WOULD HAVE GAVE NO STARS IF THERE WAS THAT OPTION BUT HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 CAN SAFELY SAY I WONT BE PURCHASING FROM THEM ANYMORE, I WAS GOING TO BE BUYING A FEW MORE ITEMS BUT HAVE WENT TO VICTORIA PLUMBING INSTEAD, AT LEAST THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DONT CHARGE EXTORSUNATE PRICES FOR DELIVERY £80 STANDARD WOULD EXPECT THAT FOR SAME DAY JUST A BIG FAT CON

I ordered a Bristan pop up waste trap from Plumbing World and was told by their online chat that the item would be delivered to them in 3 days - then I would get a text message to say come and collect it. I contacted them after 4 days to get an update on my part. They said they hadn't come in but they would definitely contact me when they did. After nearly 2 weeks I again contacted them - same answer as before. Three weeks after ordering I contacted them again to find out what had happened to my part. After a long time on hold I was told "Oh it's here in the warehouse". When were they going to tell me I wonder? I realise that the 1st lockdown has depleted many supplies, but surely the wholesales can notify retailers when they expect stock in and then they can put that delivery time on their websites. It's not difficult.

We had a rather complicated shopping experience with this company but to their credit they rose up to the challenge and went out of the way to help us out. First, we wrongly ordered a left-hand bath when we needed a right-hand bath. Even though it is not the company policy, and after a long wait, they arranged for a swap at no cost to us, for which we were hugely grateful, considering it has been our fault for not checking at the time of ordering. When the new bath was delivered, this time it was the correct hand but the wrong size. Again, after weeks of waiting and numerous emails/phone calls, they arranged for a second replacement, at no cost to us and despite the plumber had partially removed the packaging. The second replacement came, this time correct hand and correct size... but with a leg missing! Fortunately, this time we were able to spot the issue before the driver left and managed to retain a leg from the bath being returned. I thought hard and long about rating my experience with this company. Plumbing World's supplier has proven rather sloppy, sending us the wrong or incomplete product on two consecutive occasions. However, we really need to give a thumbs up to the guys on Plumbing World's customer service department. They are slow to answer queries (as other reviewers also pointed out) and their delivery times are inaccurate (as other reviews also mention, and our own experience confirms, with drivers turning up without notice on one occasion, and emails saying the item would be delivered on a certain date when the warehouse was out of stock until the following week, on another occasion). However, they absolutely walked the extra mile to help us, not just when the error was at their end but also when it was at ours. I think this was just one of those orders that went from bad to worse, but despite our rather eventful experience we are not put off by this company and will be using them again.

Products were as described but service was awful. Products were not delivered within timeframes stated on website. Then when they did eventually arrive time slot was 5am-7am!

So i bought a Hudson Reed fusion vanity unit and basin for my customer in September 2019 fitted in October 2019. End of February 2020 i get a call from my customer saying the vanity unit has blown, i inspected the unit and could see that water has managed to found its way into the unit, i sent pictures off to plumbing world and there reply was that "has water ingression and not covered by warranty" I requested a call from the manufacturer and still to this day i have not had a call from them, have chased up lots of times and still no response. Plumbing world does not do customer service in my experience. Its a vanity unit in a bathroom it will get wet, i think it ought to last more than 5 months.

We were revamping our bathroom and choose our bath and taps plus basin taps from plumbing world. Amazing customer service as our original choice of taps became unavailable. They rang offering a similar tap as replacements. So helpful and knew we were tight for time as tradesman booked in. Would recommend them for choice, price and service unreservedly.
