Always had great service from Plumbing World. We like that we can support UK based companies. There was an issue with part of our order and Plumbing World sourced us another item for more money but they covered the difference. Speedy delivery with plenty of updates.

I had ordered several items and paid for express delivery. After 3 days with no call or email I phoned to ask where my order was. I will call the supplier and call you back they said. Nothing heard. 5th day, I called again. Same response. Same outcome, they never called me back. Day seven I called again and cancelled the whole order. Appalling customer service.

I searched for a large shower screen and found just what I wanted on plumbing world site, at a very reasonable price so ordered online I had a email straight away to confirm and it was delivered a couple of days later a very good service indeed.

Order process is simple, goods are good, the only issue I have is there is no notification of order processing or dispatch, so from placing the order apart from an email to say the order has been placed, you hear nothing until the items turn up at some random point.

Very helpful on the phone with advice. Prompt reply.

Sent incorrect items which are no use at all, even though they assured me they are identical to what i ordered. Item returned and still waiting for a refund 3 weeks on... Not great at all.

Purchased a complete suite from plumbinworld, once the plumber had fitted it all we noticed just how warped the basin was. Tried several wastes but none would seal and leaked everywhere. Emailed them several times, called and used the online chat where I was in position 1 from 9:00 until around 11:30 when I got bored of seeing in on the screen. Poor quality item and even worse customer service! Avoid!

Don’t bother with this company. I wish I hadn’t. I’m still waiting for the vanity unit, ordered on the 18th September, to be delivered. I have now wasted 4 separate days waiting at the house for promised deliveries. The first promised delivery date was 1st October. It’s now 16th October and I still don’t have a vanity unit. All I get are excuses from customer services (1st excuse - item hadn’t been delivered by supplier, 2nd - courier didn’t pick up the pallet, 3rd - courier picked up the pallet but took it to the wrong depot, 4th - still waiting for this one). It may help if they used a delivery company that isn’t completely useless and also can provide tracking. Avoid.

As always excellent service , it will be tough for me to shop anywhere else for my plumbing needs .🤩

This is the first time I've used Plumbing World and can say that I'm happy with the products I've received (although not used yet as house is still being refurbed). The level of customer care has been great, can't fault them. Thank you for your help in sorting a small problem I had.
