As with to many companies they are taking payment for goods they do not have in stock and cannot supply. They only get a second star because they at least refunded the payment efficiently. + they responded fair enough and are apparently going to try and improve things. We are in tough times of course.

Happy with products and service. Slight mark down as didn't have Bath I ordered so had to have a slightly cheaper one which is OK but hole cut out for drain is slightly off centre.

Very pleased with this shower screen. Delivery was good , bought it into the house for us.Now installed in our bathroom by my husband who is a plumber with help from my son.Quick to fit and looks really expensive. Would highly recommend.

we waited seven days for any communication apart from the order confirmation, I rang them after that, they said part of the order wasn't in their warehouse, that was fine, but they should have informed us. Apart from that everything was delivered in great packaging. The shower looks really good.

Sadly you failed in your mission to supply us with the goods we had ordered and paid for... you failed to deliver not once but twice. Your staff are sweet over the phone once you’ve managed to get through... but how about pro-active communication with your customer if you are not to going to deliver the goods as scheduled. Two weekends running we’ve had to put off our bathroom fitter... disappointed doesn’t quite cover it. 🙃

I have been waiting 2.5 weeks for a delivery that was quoted as 3-5 days. I attempted to contact them today via their chat option. I waited for 1 hour and made it to queue position 1, from my starting postion of 4, only for the chat to reload and make me start again at postion 6. Poor service.

Avoid this company!! They completely screwed up my order and refused to take any responsibility for it. I’d be here for ages writing everything that this company did wrong! They sent the wrong stuff and some was damaged! Now I’m left to pick up the pieces at my expense!

Good quality items, at very keen price. Prompt delivery

Delivery was not as shown on the website , waited longer than expected, was not kept informed on status of the order, contacted customer services twice and was told nothing about what was happening with the order, left in the dark, but then out of the blue it turned up, expected delivery in 2-3 days but it eventually took 12 days, not a problem but it would have been good to be keep informed of what was happening.

Good range of products, all bought online. Website was slow and the online chat service did not seem to be functioning.

Good service, will use them again

First time we used Plumbing World and the service was excellent. Any queries were answered quickly and efficiently. Only small point of concern. We were told our radiator would come on a pallet. We thought it would be taken off the pallet on delivery and we would just be left with the radiator. However, the driver told us the pallet was now our responsibility, which was a cause for concern..before he kindly agreed to take it away. No complaints about the service from Plumbing World staff, though. T. McLeod, Glasgow
