I will admit I was a bit concerned about a ceramic sink arriving on a pallet but I was pleasantly surprised at how well packed it was. It is a beautiful sink and it looks great now it's fitted. Knocking out the tap hole is daunting but if you take your time and chip away small bits it's fine. I read other reviews about the tap being a bit small and we've found if you run it slowly the water can be a little close to the face of the sink but if you turn the power on a bit more it gives you more space to work under the flow especially with the aerator feature reducing the amount of splash. All in all we're very happy with our purchase from Plumbing World and would highly recommend them.

Bristran Manhattan Easyfit Mixer Tap was exactly that, easy to fit. It works well and exactly as expected. Good company to deal with too.

Thought items were in stock as stated on the website, but when speaking to a representative found out some were not. After much discussion, was assisted and delivery arranged for a convenient day which coincided with their van already being in my area. The delivery guy was good.

Website allowed me to place the order and payment was taken, but the next day i was texted to say all items were out of stock. The website needs to be updated if items are no longer available!

Best value and the shower tray came really well packaged in a boxed in crate - it looks fab but haven't yet fully unpacked it. Lowest price I could find for this exact product. Arrived quickly and the delivery man was so lovely and super helpful - big thumbs up

Excellent communication regarding delivery and very prompt service

Delivery timescales are not accurate, despite website stating delivery timescales and in stock, nothing we ordered was which we only found out afterwards and after chasing. Customer services also slow to respond. Definitely wouldn’t use again!

Toilet and vanity unit delivered exactly as promised. Good update for the delivery time within a few minutes.

We came across Plumbing World whilst looking to replace our set of 26 year-old upstairs radiators. They were great value, the service was excellent and the radiators were delivered by the manufacturer after only 2 days of placing the order. Their online service kept us up to date with the order process and the delivery was spot on time. The manufacturers' delivery driver carefully unloaded and placed the radiators where we asked.

Total disappointing had to cancel my order due to delay in delivery

Three stars because I wanted to change the size of the shower enclosure I ordered, I rang them and they said they would ring me back to let me know two days later I rang again and they said they would let me know ,a day before delivery I rang again, thay said it was too late to change the order. I had to revamp the bathroom.

Poor service from start to finish. Took the order then told be not in stock. Was happy to wait but they offered a different colour. When I said no I’ll wait and that I’d heard they don’t send what you order they just refunded me. Plenty of other merchants but being in the trade it really is disappointing
