Website let me order something that is not in stock even though it said it was. Ridiculous
I had to contact the support team 3 times to confirm when the delivery was going to made. The delivery day changed twice and there was no communication from Plumbing World to let me know.
Needed a bath and ordered from plumbworld. Good quality bath with panels. Added benefit of it being 8mm. Professional Customer service team kept me informed of delivery. Will definately use in future.

Unfortunately my order was unable to be fulfilled due to restrictions on delivery company and size of product. I understand this but if not able to deliver then perhaps not offer products. Correspondence was clear and friendly however and refund provided in timely fashion. I am sure other products would be fine
The website was easy to use and had 98% of the items I required. After placing my order I received a prompt confirmation. The following day a very pleasant young man contacted me to discuss a split delivery as some items came directly from the manufacturer. All the way through I have been kept up to date with what’s happening. I would thoroughly recommend this supplier.

Website said 5-7 working days for delivery. Its now 15 and still no product. Pathetic.
Ordered online on Sunday, items showed in stock for 2-3 day delivery so I assumed delivery would be Tuesday/Wednesday. Late afternoon Tuesday I got a phone call to say no shower boards in stock & delivery would be a week on Thursday. Did I want them delivering then or cancelling & refunding & just have the shower I ordered delivered. I requested a full refund as I wasn’t paying £30 delivery for a shower that was less than £100. Being in sales myself I consider this absolutely awful customer service that it took 2 days to ring to say the delivery wasn’t coming. Definitely won’t be using again
Was able to place and order online (and payment was taken) without the item actually in stock or even available to order in! Had to cancel order in the end.
Was let down by lack of communication and late delivery. But it came in the end.
