Didn't have the goods in stock despite showing in stock on website. Customer care tried to be helpful but alternatives weren't in stock either so cancelled and bought at a competitor which was delivered next day!

Rang in advance to check 5 toilets and seats were in stock as most places had none and it was hard to get hold of. Was told yes. Placed order and when the delivery came there were 3 seats missing. Rang to chase and was told they were out of stock, had a different seat in stock which would fit but could not send on a next day courrier. Ended up finding them else where but had 4.5 hour round drive to collect them as needed to finish job next day

Worst experience I've had said they sent emails nothing come through but funnily this review email has 😎. Said t hey phoned me but left no message , the lad I spoke to was top class couldn't apologize enough . Refunded me in minutes local company as well not good enough. thanks emma for response but i received NO emails not even in my spam folder , as for phone calls obviously if im not in or at work how am i to answer the call a simple message on answer phone would have done.

We had our bathroom fitted in 2005 and the bath panel had seen better days and started looking discoloured. I tried everywhere to get an exact make of panel and plumbing world was the only place we could find one. I was impressed with the communication from plumbing world as it was out stock but was available sooner than advised. It was easy for us to collect from store and we have fitted it and looks perfect. Great service thank you.

Ordered 2 things paid for them only to be told a day before they where due to be delivered that they where out of stock and damaged had a full refund after a couple of days but was let down badly as both items where needed for work to be carried out so had to let customers down wont be using them again

Really pleased with my experience with Plumbingworld. After having real difficulty in obtaining a front panel for my p shaped bath elsewhere without very helpful advice. I contacted Plumbing world after seeing their advertisement online for advice on size ect. The young lady I spoke to, I wish I got her name was extremely helpful and ordered my panel which arrived this week. I am extremely happy and know that I can now definitely get what I need through them. Thank you again.

Placed order, based pm delivery time. Money taken then told product was not available and dodnt know when it would be available. No good to me so cancelled order. They have NO STOCK CONTROL. Useless

Let's you order things that arnt in stock, sent me email but don't tell you that most of their emails go in junk. Didn't bother calling me till day of delivery that item wasn't in stock. Then had to rearrange delivery. Same thing happened with another item (which was ordered around 3 weeks before) on same delivery, didn't bother ringing me until day of delivery. Had to change item for similar one. Then told me that they'd ring back about new delivery date, which unsurprisingly they didn't, I had to chase up the delivery myself. Reason why they are cheap, its because they are useless and don't stock anything

Unfortunately, despite the items being reserved for collection for the following day and receiving confirmation email I received a text on the morning I was due to collect to advise part of the order was unavailable. I then contacted the company to check potential available dates. I received mixed messages which is the reason for the rating. I accept the product being unavailable was probably due to pandemic but conflicting advice from company as to availability meant I never used any part of the order. I was unable to plan my rebuild based on their advice, very unfortunate as products looked good and price would have been competitive.
