Really pleased with these guys, ordered a shower screen with free delivery and it was quick and painless. Communication was spot on and it arrived within a couple of days.
I ordered this item in November and no indication it was out of stock, three emails later and now going into January I am still no clearer when this shower tray will appear, this is for a insurance work and causing me a lot of Aggravation not to give a date when it will be available, my money was took straight away and no sign, I would appreciate a straight answer when it will be available
Absolutely atrocious service ! You ring them to question sizes of shower panel and get told what to order. Then when you get the goods and fit them you find they are wrong. They will not take any responsibility for this and charge you again for the correct item. Avoid like the plague !!!!!!!!!!!
What a delight!! 5stars and more if I could give more!! From enquiry to delivery, spot on!! The furniture units are solid and workmanship is really good quality. Delivery was on the day specified. Driver was courteous and helped to bring into the hall as my husband suffered an injury to his arm. All in all service was brilliant!! I was a bit apprehensive ordering online again as I had an absolute nightmare with Victorian plumbing, it took 19 weeks to finally receive my money back from this company, they constantly used COVID as an excuse, no customer service whatsoever, what a disgrace!! Plumbing World has restored the faith!! I have another bathroom to fit and I will definitely be using this company again. Well done and keep up the good work!! S.
The only reason for 4 a nd not5 stars was the initial on line purchase, I had to call to get redirected to another site. The product was delivered on time Thankyou
Despite the bath panel not being in stock, they notified me of the situation and held the other items I ordered till panel was back in stock and delivery was quick and efficient. Many thanks. Would use again, no regrets.

I was kept informed about my order and someone called to say one item was out of stock and gave me other options that I could buy and was also very happy to offer a full refund for the out of stock items. I chose the latter and the money was refunded to my credit card within a couple of days. Faultless service throughout. And also very happy with the goods bought. Bought all the bathroom equipment from plumbing world. I want to replace the shower tray (waste pipe clash with joist) but they refuse to do it because of the 30days return policy (It's a covid pandemic time!!!!). The item is still sealed packaging!!!!! Never going to buy from them !!!

Ordered a basin and a different one arrived. Contacted them and they sent a 2nd one out- also incorrect. The 3rd was then completely smashed. The 4th was correct (!). Still awaiting for them to collect the damaged one after a lot of calls and no one calling me back. The two stars is for the call centre staff who whilst didn’t apologise that much were generally friendly.
Ordered something because it said they had it in stock. Was promised it in 4-5 days. It didn't arrive and as I had ordered a lot of boxes I didn't realise it was missing initially. Nothing from the company to say it hadn't arrived. When I complained I was told they would contact me in three days when it was due back in stock to book a delivery. After three days I received no call. I rang them and they promised to contact the manufacturer and ring me straight back. I got no call so I rang them again - no reply. They did send an email saying the item would not now be available for several weeks which was too late for my project so I had to source an alternative which didn't match. Very annoying and no customer care.
Delivery was late, then 5 days later I found that the loo seat (which I thought was in the box with the loo) hadn't been delivered. Your people checked with the courier who denied this. I was about to order a replacement when the courier rang back to say they'd found it. The bolts / rawplugs supplied with the loo were unmatched, the bolts were longer than the plugs. The plastic grommet for the hole on the side of the loo broken as soon as it took pressure, it should be made of a softer material. All in all, not a great experince
Half the parts did not arrive. Had to constantly chase. Ordered from elsewhere and arrived next day. Nearly 3 weeks constantly chassing for a refund. They waited for there courier company to return there products before they would give a refund, thats not my problem so why should i have to wait. Paid extra for express delivery which was not refunded. Ive waisted hours trying to get my money back. Cant be bothered to fight anymore. Wont be using again or recommending.
