Sadly I had to cancel everything ordered. Items were two months lead time or staggered delivery over three weeks. I also repeatedly needed to chase for information. I’ve now got everything I needed from screw-fix within two days not two months. I thought I would try a plumbing supplier to get a better price and support local businesses rather than the more convent option but unfortunately it didn’t work out.
Ordered and payed to get told it’s out of stock eventually got my refund after many phone calls not impressed at all

First delivery date failed, second delivery date failed, third delivery date the cubicle arrived the day before! Packaging was tatty, some screws missing but easily replaced. The quality of the cubicle is first rate although a two person job to assemble.

I found plumbing world to be helpful. The products arrived in a timely fashion. They accepted return of a riser kit that was not needed. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Back in August I placed an order when re-vamping the bathroom which was all delivered in a couple of weeks. So in October I placed another order for more Bathroom items, The order was split again which was no problem last time, but this time it was not the same. products from plumbing World delivered within a couple of days but the rest of the order took 4 to 5 weeks with a few phone calls between Plumbing World and myself as some staff were phoning me with Information about my order that other staff had told me 2 weeks earlier, seemed to be some confusion at Plumbing world to where my order was. Hopefully this was a one off. products delivered by Plumbing World was fine, this was only the part of the order delivered from the Manufacturer, They let you down this time. But as for the service by Plumbing World this was fine.

I ordered this square toilet seat and I am very pleased with it, square toilet seats are quite hard to find these days, I had ordered one from a different site before and it was no where near as good quality as the one from Plumbing world ! i will definitely use this company in the future ! 5 stars !
Took the money as soon as i ordered but took 5 days to dispatch the items, no correspondence whatsoever, had to phone after 5 days to ask what was happening, they said dispatching today and I'll receive them on Monday, i will never use this company again.
