Whilst items ordered were as requested the delivery of the items were the problem. Having taken the day off work only for items not to be delivered. When contacted Jess from Plumbing world could not have been more helpful and a new delivery dated sorted out.

I purchased a 3 sided shower cubicle and brackets on the 27th November from Plumbingworld.co.uk. The items came wa week later, However due to issues with the bathroom fitter not being able to fit the shower cubicle on the 17th December, the fitter didn't use the bracket to screw into the wall and panel. I contacted the plumber who told me to return it as the bracket wasn't needed. I contacted the plumbing world customer service who said quite bluntly that you have only 30 days to return a product and also said they must be in the same condition as sent, I thought to myself how would you know that you have a full set of parts if it's in a box without opening unless you have x-ray vision. Luckily the bracket was in a clear plastic bag, but the fitter had opened the bag but hadn't used the parts, so they were in perfect condition and unused, which I explained to the customer service agent who sent me the returns guidance which I believe is totally unfair especially through covid lockdown. So basically if you have anything purchased through them which was purchased after 30 days they won't do anything for you to return it. If someone opens the box or bag in my case then they won't have this item back either. Very disappointing as it's totally put me off purchasing items from them again, to say i'm local to them and would of used them again until i had this issue.

Avoid if you can. I had ordered showertray from Showertrayuk site, but plumbingworld(email confirmation+delivery) guys delivered the item. Communication and delivery was was good and on time. But on delivery showertray was completely in bad state dirty, greecy, with full.of mud water, had to clean my hallway after accepting the delivery. Appearantly they stored in backyard and item was completely drenched. Opened shower waste for installation before plumber visit, it was damaged item, how can they send without inspecting the item before shipping. Because of this substandard service need to buy one from local trade otherwise will have to pay plumber to come back again.

Ordered items for a customers en-suite project. Items arrived as expected by their van with helpful and courteous driver. Everything was well packed and consequentially undamaged. Installed a few days later and customer happy. Only small thing was Vanity cabinets online details showed recessed back panel to allow pipes behind, but the one delivered had flat back. Wasn't a problem and maybe worked better in the end, just wasn't expecting it. Toilet and vanity unit look great. Happy customer equals happy tradesman equals happy days! Will definitely consider using Plumbing World again in future. Thanks Guys.

I wanted a particular bath and not many stock it but Plumbing World had it at a good price, I ordered it before Christmas as I needed it in January. When I ordered it they explained not everything was in stock but said mid January which was fine. They kept me informed all the way and just took delivery today 11th January of my complete order. Very pleased with this service considering COVID great company

Excellent service and even although one item being out of stock was happy to wait for it. Great communication from them keeping me informed at all stages. Would recommend to anyone

Great shower tray and screen just fitted both delivery was excellent and we were kept informed right up to the moment the delivery man knocked on the door. We used the riser kit to lift the shower tray to accommodate the waste which was straight forward to use just remember to remove any dust from pad otherwise the double sided adhesive pad does not stick properly

Good products at a good price. Had to wait for the shower tray to come into stock but once in, all my goods were delivered as specified. Friendly delivery driver who unloaded right outside of my front door. Always polite and helpful when I phoned for updates etc. Would recommend this company

Awful service, items that were told that would be delivered was out of stock and could not be delivered. other items that were in stock was advised on a delivery date and they delivered earlier when no one was at home. it looks like Plumbing World have serious issues with their suppliers and they don't talk to one another.

I am fed up to the back teeth being constantly asked for a product review for something ordered that you were subsequently unable to deliver. Go away

Great experience and highly recommended! I bought a shower tray just before Christmas. Plumbing World staff got in touch to inform that the particular model was not available And that they’d send me a dearer one at no additional charge! Got the delivery in time as promised. Standard transaction completed without anything unusual.

Ordered goods that all showed in stock. Had to chase up delivery having not heard for a week to then be told that half of our order wouldn't be in stock for a few weeks with no confirmed date. Little empathy or assistance from customer service. Cancelled our order in full as they didn't have a clue when they could fulfil the order. Really poor service and would not recommend at all.
