Great product good prices and speedy delivery
Ordering process was easy, communication was great in terms of delivery and the driver was super helpful when it arrived. That on top of a great quality product made it a perfect experience!
Shower enclosure + tray + riser kit arrived promptly as advertised. Enclosure + tray of good quality and no problem. However, plinth arrangements on riser kit were very fiddly, did not keep the plinth stable, and were not durable. I'm sure this is a manufacturer problem rather than a Plumbing World problem, but PW might wish to look into this and possibly change their riser kit supplier. Overall a good experience - would recommend to others (excluding riser kit plinth fixings).
Deliveries have been all over the place. Late Not on the correct day Sales do not know what is being delivered and when. Some things delivered twice. Nightmare to deal with. Needless to say they take your money quickly and efficiently!
Very happy with the quality of the goods. Customer service was good too, especially the live chat on the website. Had a faulty handle on the shower enclosure and they sent another one straight away.

Bought a large shower tray and glass panel and have no complaints what so ever. Very reasonable price and delivered on time.
Ordered shower wall panels that were never delivered as they were constantly being received broken by Plumbing World from their supplier. Customer support were very good but the last call to say the latest panels were broken was days before our bathroom installation and our builder had to then sort out new panels at very short notice.
Waited over 4 weeks for shower enclosure when it should of been 1 week, asked them to send tray as that was in stock but they would only do it if I paid another delivery charge, which I refused as I thought the delivery charge was expensive enough when your item is expensive enough 😔

Ordered a bath and panel in january then got a call saying the panel wasn't in stock but did I want a bigger one which I could cut down. Obviously I said no as it was plastic so it could have split if I tried to do it plus it wouldn't have a neat end with a return on. So a few weeks later the bath turns up on it's own and was damaged so I sent it back. Then had to wait 6 weeks for another one. I said to them don't send me 2 deliveries hild onto the panel and bring the both together to save you time and costs. Few weeks later they rang and tried to arrange delivery of just the panel so I had to tell them again. Weeks later on a Friday evening I got a text from a delivery driver saying I'm bringing your bath on Monday. No one asked me if it was ok to deliver and I was going to be at work all day Monday so I rang the driver to say you can't bring it I won't be here. He said its ok I can put ot round the back garden but I don't have a back entrance so I said no you can't. Driver then says what time do leave for work so I said 6.15 and he said that's ok I don't mind getting up at 4 and delivering it before you go to work. Now that's a great service but there was no way I was going to take delivery in the dark at the crack of dawn waking my neighbours up so I still had to say no. He then said leave it with me I will sort it and ring you back. He never rang back so on the Saturday I had to ring the office and rearrange this delivery. now have the bath and panel 2 months after I ordered. Quality is good and I'm happy with it but can't help thinking things would run a lot smoother if they told you from the outset that these things might not actually be in stock, checked for damage before items get put on a van and ask you when is it convenient to deliver not just text you that it's coming. Update: My plumber has now fitted my bath and panel and he thinks that the panel was cut down after manufacture as it is wonky at the end and has a rough finish, he said normally you get a nice neat finish and this wasn't even cut straight.

I ordered my shower tray, shower enclosure, Vanity & WC unit on Tuesday morning. I had a call in the afternoon to tell me that the delivery would be on the Thursday. Received regular updates via email and text messages regarding delivery time. Delivery turned up within the given times, delivery man polite and helpful. Checked the goods delivered there appears to be no issues. Well impressed with service so far, ordered and delivered in 2 days
Found the products I wanted at competitive price delivered in the time frame .products been in a month now ,working well,the one thing I would say is phone call to let us know when being delivered would have been helpful, luckily being retired we were home.yes I do recommend this company,many thanks. .
