Excellent company to deal with, they emailed me straight after my order to tell me that stock was low so they ordered the parts I needed direct from manufacturers and they didn't disappoint. Such a reassuring company that clearly value their customers.

Really easy to order everything online and delivery was very well organised. One item was damaged due to insufficient protection from packaging (not the fault of Plumbing World) but one phone call to customer services and a replacement was sent immediately at no additional cost. Great service, very reasonable prices!

Online it stated my items had a good stock level, I needed fairly quickly, this was one of the reasons I choose to order. As the their shop is near me, I gave the shop a call based on the estimated date. 3-5 days, I was always planning to collect. I was then told they didn’t carry stock of the item and it would need to be ordered in. By this time my bathroom fitter and completion is now been held up. I wait another week or 2, I call the store who ultimately want to not allow you to speak to someone. After lying about my initial query I was put through and was told that my order had arrived and they couldn’t contact me as they didn’t have my telephone number ! I paid via PayPal so I had no need to set up an account, I was also collecting myself so there would be no delivery issues. They surely could of got in touch through my email. They unnecessarily held up my bathroom completion and left us inconvenienced. Be truthful about stock levels and available dates

Speedy delivery of some items, but you had to cancel part of my order as you could not supply within a reasonable time.

We ordered a specific shower tray and cubicle because we wanted access to the trap as our previous one had leaked! We are so pleased with it. The doors are very easy to clean and pivot out so you can get all around the tray to clean. It was a bit fiddly to fit but worth the effort. The service was good and delivery guy was brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Good price and local for collection. Failed to meet three promised dates for collection and had to be constantly chased for updates.

Poor product and customer service. I bought a product that had limited information, but went on the basic photo and description listed. However, the item was not as intended. I requested to return the item in the same manner as I had received it, but as the item was not satisfactory to the original store (with Plumbing World acting as conduit for the sale), they could not help me. This was poor form all round. I hope others have had better experiences with Plumbing World, but on this occasion, unfortunately I did not.

Purchased quite a lot of products for a full bathroom. Prices were good, but the service was excellent. You only tend to get a measure of a business when things go wrong and I needed to change a whole shower unit as it was the wrong size. They sorted the swap out in almost no time, didn't charge a restocking charge, refunded in days. Even delivery driver was helpful. Rare to come across such an efficient company - would definitely use again.
