We ordered a huge shower tray which had a manufacturing fault only visible after fitting and being used. plumbingworld answered my complaint immediately, contacted the manufacturers the same day, kept me informed and arranged a replacement all within the space of 2-3 days. Amazing service and all done with a professional and friendly tone. I will use you again - thank you.

I will never buy anything from Plumbing World ever again. You refuse to refund me and organising a return as your delivery driver left my order out in the pouring rain, the cardboard was saturated. I needed to remove the cardboard to check my order which unfortunately wasn’t right. You refused to arrange a refund as I had discarded the original cardboard it was delivered inDespite the fact it had all crumbled due to being left in the rain by your employee.

Unfortunately I got plumbingworld mixed up with plumbworld, but never the less I saw a shower door that I wanted and ordered it. But that day must have been one of those days I guess, because not only did I go on the wrong website I also purchased the wrong size door “doh”! but I didn’t realise until it was delivered. Plumbingworld were standard on the delivery aspect of it. letting me know the delivery details etc. (standard stuff) Problem is their returns procedure is dire. Very slow in communication and wanting to charge me £35.00 as the item had been opened telling me they would be subject to a quality check (£20 deduction from refund) and a need to be re-banded (£15 deduction from refund), this is per item! Bearing in mind the delivery cost plus the return cost and then being charged a further £35.00 I decided to have a gamble and trust Parcelforce to do what they do best and damage it to get my money back. So personally based on my one experience with plumbingworld, I shall not be using them again.

The item was delivered on the day they said it would be, however could I have bought the same item elsewhere I would probably have done so as their delivery charges are exhorbitant and the delivery lag (time between order and delivery) is long

I purchased a thermal heat store from these guys. The price was unbeatable, the customer service with excellent and they even helped me load at the point of collection due to the size of the item. Highly recommend.
