Ordered, received email to say it would come direct from a supplier, 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on any communication on where my order is. I did not pay the supplier, I paid Plumbing World. Plumbing World should take more responsibility in ensuring a paying customer gets their purchase or is informed what is happening with it and not palm the responsibility off to the supplier.

They had all the items we wanted (well very nearly at least!) and at a very competitive price (about 40% cheaper on the majority of high-street stores we had visited). The online team were very knowledgeable and everything arrived within the specified day and time-slot and we only had to wait a matter of days for this delivery

I brought the Niagara triple valve from Plumbing World. Seemingly this valve has a lifetime guarantee and a cartridge that need to be change now and again. I have contacted them over 10 times regarding the replacement cartridge, I have sent photos of the part but then sent the wrong part after 3 week wait, when I paid for a plumbing to fit it and a month and a half later. I am still awaiting the correct cartridge??? I just want this sorted as I can not use my shower.

Product as described, no difficulties with fitting or water-tightness. Took a little over a week to arrive as transpired that it was actually out of stock when ordered.

Ordered a shower tray over. a week ago, they confirmed in stock and delivery day and took money. The day before they call and say it's not in stock. Customer Service not bothered. Offered me a totally unsuitable replacement and wanted me to pay extra for items I didn't want. Dreadful service. Don't use this company. They don't care at all about the customer. They have no idea what stock they have . Go elsewhere

Prices are good, but delivery dates keep getting put back, and back, and then back again. If we'd known the delivery was going to take over three weeks longer than the original stated date, we wouldn't have ordered from them and certainly wouldn't repeat the exercise.

Really good service. I had priced all my bits with Victoria plumb and PW blew them away. I was a little hesitant on ordering with PW as was unsure on their reputation but I can honestly say I’m delighted I did. They’ve been great all the way through and been really helpful. The delivery driver was first class and explained a few items were on a courier to be delivered later on which is exactly what happened. 100% review from me - I’ll definitely be ordering from plumbing world again. Thanks!!

I had a new a new bathroom installed last week and did a lot of research for my products. I cannot believe the savings I have achieved by buying a lot of products from Plumbing World (OMG do I love my Triton shower). The qualityo of the products is very high, the courier brings the goods to my door without asking (I am on the 2nd Fl), the delivery time is extremely quick and most of all, in my opinion, they leave their competitors trying to catch up with their fantastic prices. Do I sound like a happy customer?

I ordered a shower tray you took my money then emailed me to say you couldn’t supply it. I have asked three times for an invoice and refund receipt for my accountant but haven’t received anything. Very very poor customer service.

I called on a Saturday and spoke to a human! They checked stock and advised me the best way to order. The order process online was easy and then the courier called me 48 hours later to sort out a delivery. The delivery was arranged for the Thursday and arrived with a lovely driver who was more than helpful and smiley. This was in contrast to another company that I had used to order the same bath from that never arrived after 8 weeks of chasing. Plumbing World, you couldn't have been more different and I applaud you for your excellent customer service and price. EXCELLENT

Not very happy at all and will be calling customer services once I receive my final item. Panels came damaged but can still use them. Ordered a 3rd because I loved them so asked for a discounted price rather than money back on the broken ones. Got £10 off - fine, wasn’t bothered by that. Asked for the new panel to be delivered ASAP to get bathroom completed, but a week later they have said my payment still hadn’t been made. Made payment straight away and emailed to let them know. It’s taken me calling a whole week later to see where my panel was for them to tell me I still hadn’t paid - even though I actually had. And all I got was a sorry. I will be expecting something more than a “sorry” because I am losing out on money paying for people to come and sort my bathroom this weekend when I was told my panel would be with me by now.
